In this month’s LinkUp Magazine FollowUp section, we cover Solomon Kassa’s second book launch at the Ethiopia Science Museum.
Titled Artificial Intelligence: The Last Invention or the End of Invention, the book is the result of two years of research and writing on the evolving landscape of AI. The launch event leaned right into the theme, featuring an AI-generated opening film telling Solomon’s story, video remarks from Dr. Taye Girma of the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, and insights from Tariku Abera of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE). One of the most unforgettable moments of the evening came when a robot physically walked onto the stage to hand Solomon his newly published book.
