Ika Raya Sentausa Malang membuka lowongan di posisi System Analyst. Adapun tugas & tanggung jawabnya sebagai berikut:
1. Menganalisa sistem secara menyeluruh, dan menyusun kriteria-kriteria pengembangan produk digital sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
2. Melakukan data cleansing dari berbagai tabel dan sistem database perusahaan
3. Mengidentifikasi duplikasi, inkonsistensi, dan kesalahan data untuk dikoreksi atau dinormalisasi
4. Membuat standar struktur data yang konsisten untuk menunjang integrasi antar sistem
5. Bekerja sama dengan tim programmer untuk memastikan bahwa struktur dan alur data sesuai dengan kebutuhan aplikasi Web & Mobile
6. Menyusun data dictionary, dokumentasi mapping data, dan pedoman input/output data
7. Bekerja sama dengan Tester untuk memastikan integritas data dalam proses pengujian sistem
8. Melakukan monitoring terhadap kualitas dan konsistensi data secara berkala
9. Membantu proses migrasi atau integrasi data antar modul/aplikasi internal
10. Memberikan laporan rutin mengenai status kebersihan dan integrasi data

Untuk kualifikasinya yaitu:
- Pendidikan D4/S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi / Ilmu Komputer
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai System Analyst / Database Specialist terutama dalam project pembersihan dan integrasi data
- Mampu menggunakan SQL secara mahir untuk analisis data (JOIN, CASE, CTE, aggregation, cleaning)
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang relasi antar tabel, database normalization, dan struktur database relasional
- Berpengalaman berkolaborasi dengan tim Programmer dan tim Tester dalam project berbasis sistem/aplikasi
- Teliti, terstruktur, dan mampu menyusun dokumentasi teknis dengan baik
- Terbiasa bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan multitasking
- Penempatan Malang, Jawa Timur
