Requirements:
✅ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
✅ 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in payables, receivables or bookkeeping, plus office administration
✅ Experience with an ERP/accounting system, strong Excel skills and Microsoft 365
✅ Daily use of AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
✅ Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory

• Monitor property revenue, receivables, rent postings, arrears, and billing exceptions to prevent revenue leakage.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, audit requirements, and internal control compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments on accounting matters, maintain confidential records, and support additional finance functions as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager or other property management/accounting software is highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
