Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within GCC markets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and event management.
• Excellent in Arabic & English language.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

We are seeking a professional and motivated Arabic-speaking Female Debt Collector to manage outstanding customer accounts and ensure timely collection of overdue payments.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels regarding overdue payments.
Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and unpaid balances.
Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking customers and address payment-related queries.
Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans in accordance with company policies.

Monitor promised payment dates and conduct timely follow-ups.
