We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and manage all human resources and administrative functions across our diversified business portfolio, including Construction, Restaurant, and Real Estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
✅ Manage performance appraisal and talent development programs
✅ Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
✅ Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution
✅ Supervise office administration, facilities management, and vendor contracts
✅ Manage company policies, HR reports, and organizational development initiatives
✅ Support workforce planning and operational efficiency across all business units

Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 8+ years of HR and Administration experience
✔ Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
✔ Experience in Construction, Restaurant, and/or Real Estate industries is highly preferred
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems
