🔹 What You’ll Do
As an ERP Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely ERP transactions while supporting Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Finance operations.

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Process production orders and manufacturing transactions in Microsoft Dynamics
✅ Maintain item masters, BOMs, routings, and production data
✅ Record production output, material consumption, scrap, and inventory movements
✅ Process and support purchasing, warehouse, sales orders, and shipment transactions
✅ Prepare ERP, production, inventory, procurement, and sales reports
✅ Investigate and resolve ERP and inventory discrepancies

✅ Maintain accurate ERP master data and ensure compliance with company procedures

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Officer to join our team in Qatar and manage the day-to-day HR operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation
• Manage recruitment and hiring requirements, including job postings, CV screening and candidate shortlisting
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant managers
• Communicate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process• Maintain employee records and HRMS data accurately
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and monthly payroll inputs
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, warnings, certificates and other HR documentation
• Coordinate QID, visa, medical, health certificate, labour contract and other immigration/PRO-related processes
• Monitor employee document expiries and ensure timely renewals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous HR experience in Qatar is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR operations
• Experience in recruitment and interview coordination
• Familiarity with QID, visa, labour and government-related HR processes
• Experience with payroll inputs, leave management and final settlements
• Strong Excel and HRMS skills
• Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills
