We are looking for a Health Support Associate with a strong medical background and experience in clinical assessment, disease investigation and diagnosis.

Key Requirements

Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).Experience in investigating and assessing medical conditions such as chest pain, fever, abdominal pain, etc.
Good understanding of disease diagnosis and clinical symptoms.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients.
Comfortable handling patient queries and concerns over the phone.
Ability to assess information, understand symptoms and provide appropriate guidance/escalation.
Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail.Good Arabic and English communication skills would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming patient calls and health-related queries.
Understand and assess patients’ reported symptoms.
Gather relevant medical information and identify potential concerns.
Support appropriate triage, guidance and escalation based on the patient’s condition.
Communicate medical information clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and queries.
Coordinate with relevant healthcare teams when further medical attention is required.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
