# Hiring: Fit-Out & Maintenance Engineer

Location: Doha, Qatar\
Salary: QAR 6,000–8,000 per month (negotiable for suitable candidates)

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out & Maintenance Engineer to oversee fit-out projects, maintenance, renovations, and repair works for the company's Head Office and retail shops across Doha. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to report directly to management.

### Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out projects for shopping malls, retail shops, and commercial outlets.
- Manage project execution, including civil, MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finishing works.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and renovation activities at the Head Office and retail shops across Doha.
- Coordinate with mall management, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and Qatar regulations.
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, material requirements, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with mall requirements.
- Monitor subcontractors, workforce productivity, material usage, project costs, and budgets.
- Ensure timely completion of fit-out works, renovations, maintenance activities, and shop openings.
- Handle permits, approvals, inspections, and documentation required for mall fit-out projects.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
- Report project progress, maintenance issues, budgets, and operational updates directly to management.

### Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Mandatory UPDA/MMUP registration or valid engineer classification in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in fit-out works for shopping malls, retail shops, and commercial outlets.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and interior finishing.
- Experience in project planning, site supervision, contractor coordination, and maintenance management.
- Good knowledge of Qatar construction standards, safety regulations, and mall approval procedures.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with management.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sites while meeting tight deadlines.
