Key Responsibilities

📋 REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 6+ years of relevant coating experience in Oil & Gas projects.
* Proven experience in offshore coating, painting, and surface preparation activities.
* Previous offshore experience is mandatory.
* Valid Qatar ID (QID) and availability for immediate deployment.
* Freelance visa with valid Secondment / Temporary Work Permit arrangements
* Valid offshore medical fitness and required offshore safety certifications.
* Knowledge of coating specifications, surface preparation standards, DFT measurement, and inspection procedures.
* Ability to supervise manpower, ensure quality compliance, and enforce HSE requirements.
* Valid offshore safety training certificates as required by the project.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise offshore surface preparation, abrasive blasting, painting, and coating activities.
* Ensure compliance with approved coating procedures, project specifications, and inspection requirements.
* Monitor surface cleanliness, environmental conditions, coating thickness (DFT), and application quality.
* Coordinate with QC inspectors, HSE personnel, and offshore project teams.
* Ensure compliance with offshore safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and toolbox talks.
* Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and coating documentation.
