این یعنی قدرت AI در دست کشورها و شرکت‌هایی متمرکز می‌شود که بیشترین داده، سرمایه و زیرساخت محاسباتی را دارند؛ مخصوصاً آمریکا و چین.
اگر دیگر کشورها فقط مصرف‌کننده بمانند، آینده‌ی فناوری را دیگران برایشان می‌سازند.
