Women, don’t assume your husband is financially comfortable just because he doesn’t complain.

Some men will sit quietly at dinner while calculating how they are going to handle the rent, school fees, debt, business expenses and family responsibilities.

He may not tell you because he doesn’t want to worry you.

That doesn’t mean he doesn’t need support.

Sometimes the man providing for everyone is the person who really needs help. He might be running on fumes just to make sure the family is fine.

When Communication Becomes a Battlefield

Marriage is not destroyed only by betrayal or major disagreements. Sometimes, it is slowly weakened by something that appears much smaller: the way two people communicate with each other.

A disagreement begins, and suddenly the goal is no longer to understand—it is to win. Voices become louder. Words become sharper. Old mistakes are brought back into the conversation.

Sarcasm replaces kindness.

One spouse withdraws while the other pursues. And before long, the original issue has been forgotten, but both hearts have been wounded.

Dear husband and wife, you are not opponents.
You may disagree, but you are still on the same team. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says: “And speak to people good words.”— Qur’an 2:83

If good speech is commanded toward people generally, how much more deserving of it is the person with whom you share your home, your struggles, your children, your vulnerabilities, and your life?

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The strong man is not the one who can wrestle; rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself when he is angry.” — Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī; Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim

Strength in marriage is not demonstrated by having the last word. Sometimes, strength is saying, “I need a moment before I say something I will regret.” Sometimes, strength is lowering your voice when you have every reason to raise it.
Sometimes, strength is apologizing even when you believe your spouse was also wrong. And sometimes, strength is choosing not to mention a painful mistake from ten years ago simply because you know exactly where it will hurt.

Marriage requires two people who understand that winning an argument can sometimes mean losing something far more valuable—the tenderness between two hearts. So, before you respond, pause. Ask yourself: Am I trying to solve this, or am I trying to hurt my spouse? Am I speaking because I want to be understood, or because I want to make them feel what I am feeling?

Will these words bring us closer to Allah and to one another, or will they leave another scar?

Not every disagreement needs to become a battle.
Some things need discussion.
Some things need patience.
Some things need forgiveness.
And some things simply need to be left alone.

May Allah place sakīnah, mawaddah, and raḥmah in our marriages, soften our tongues and hearts, and teach us to disagree without destroying the love Allah entrusted to us. A peaceful marriage is not one without disagreements. It is one where two people learn how to disagree without becoming enemies.

When weddings were humble, more people stayed married longer and enjoyed a blessed household.

Now weddings are extravagant and wasteful, but marital discord & divorce rates are through the roof.

Some AALIMS/SCHOLARS/so called Practising Muslims preach Simplicity until you see their wedding halls.

Respect your breadwinners.

They have the choice to prioritize themselves, but they sacrifice their own needs and wants to ensure the bills are paid, and the family has everything they need.

They carry the weight of financial responsibility, often putting their own needs and wants on hold for the sake of the household. The least we can do is to make their load lighter—help out with things at home, show appreciation, and give them the respect they deserve.

A small act of kindness goes a long way in acknowledging their hard work and dedication. Don’t take them for granted.

𝙕𝙞𝙣𝙖 is sexual contact between man and woman outside Nikāh (marriage)and 𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙄𝙎𝙇𝘼𝙈.

𝙃𝙄𝙑 (𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘐𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘝𝘪𝘳𝘶𝘴) is a virus that can be transmitted sexually, 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 and 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘦.

Allāh says: “𝘋𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰 𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘢. 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘥, 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘸𝘢𝘺.” — 𝚀𝚞𝚛’𝚊𝚗 𝟷𝟽:𝟹𝟸

Notice that Allāh says “𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰 𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘳”, because protecting our faith begins before the sin itself.

𝙕𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙠, 𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙘 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙧.

So let HIV awareness remind us of responsibility, and let our īmān remind us of self-control, modesty, and obedience to Allāh.

And for anyone who has fallen into sin... do not despair. Return to Allāh. Repent sincerely. Seek forgiveness. Change your path.

The door of tawbah is still open. ☝️

Protect your health. Protect your dignity. Protect your īmān.

A woman will destroy her family for her happiness, and a man will destroy his happiness for his family.

You can do everything right, provide, stay loyal, be present, build the house, raise the kids, and still lose her. A woman is constantly told by her friends that she can do better. She deserves more.

Then one day, the arguments start appearing out of nowhere. It's about dishes, socks. You watched a game after working twelve hours, and she gets mad at you.

Emotionally, she already left months ago. A woman's love is always conditional, and when her emotions change, a man will lose his family without cheating, without even abandoning them, without even knowing that the funeral already happened.

Beneficial Advice For Women Who Are Already Married and To Those About To Be Married.

Following is an advice to every Muslim woman that contains matters to avoid in order to have a good marriage.

1 — Avoid angering your husband. The Prophet PBUH mentioned that among the three that Allah does not accept their prayer are, “A wife who goes to sleep while her husband is angry with her.” [At-Tirmithi].

2 — Avoid harming your husband in any way, “If a woman harms (in any way) her husband, then his wife in Paradise tells her: ‘Do not harm him, may Allah fight you, he is only staying temporarily with you. Soon he will come to us.‘ [Ahmad & At-Tirmithi].

3 — Avoid being unappreciative or unthankful to your husband, “Allah does not look to the woman who does not appreciate her husband while she cannot stand his departing her.” [An-Nasaii].

4 – Do not ask your husband for divorce for no reason. The Prophet PBUH warned women who ask for divorce for no sound reason in his Hadith, “Any woman who asks her husband for divorce for no reason will not smell the fragrance of Paradise. [Sahih Al-Jamii].

5 — Do not obey your husband if he asks you to do prohibited matters, “Do not disobey the Creator to obey any human.” [Ahmad & Al-Hakim].

6 — Avoid voluntary fasting without your husband’s permission, unless he is absent, “A woman does (must) not fast while her husband is present without his permission, except in Ramadhan.” [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]. This Hadith emphasizes the importance of the wife satisfying her husbands sexual needs. If the husband agrees, then the wife can do volunteer fasting, satisfied that she fulfilled her obligation towards ber husband.

7 — It is a major sin to deny your husband sexual pleasure. The Prophet PBUH said, what translated means, “If a man calls his wife to bed and she refuses till he slept while angry, then the Angles will curse her till the morning.” [Muslim]. Muslim men have no other means to satisfy them but through Their wives. Therefore, the very essence of marriage will be destroyed if men are denied this right by their wives.

8 – It is a major sin for husbands and wives to tell others what they do in bed. The Prophet described the ones who do that as, “A devil who meets a fe ale devil and has intercourse with her in public” [Ahmad].

9 — The Prophet PBUH ordered every Muslim woman not to let anyone into their houses, “Unless he (her husband) gives her permission.” [Al-Bukhari].

10 — Muslim women do not have the habit of going in and out of their houses without necessity. Allah SWT said, what translated means, “And stay in your houses” [33:33].

Most women get into good marriages led by responsible men.
Then they start listening to “friends.”
Some of those friends are stuck in bad marriages.

Some are single, frustrated, and bitter.

They begin feeding her inciting and misleading information.

“Don’t submit.”
“He’s controlling.”
“You deserve more.”
“Leave if you’re not happy every day.”

Slowly a peaceful home becomes starts breaking because outside bitter voices entered the marriage.

If you are a wise woman, stop listiening to, divorced, single, unmarried women. They want you to also get divorced so you can suffer together.

Nothing’s going right for me! No marriage proposals are being accepted, I can’t find my dream job, I don’t own my own home…, this isn’t what I signed up for!!!

Sadly, we do hear these types of things often. People complain about not attaining some worldly gains and even claim that “it isn’t fair”. However, the believer should not allow a lack of material gains to cause him/her despair.
It is important for us to always bear in mind the fact that Allah is in full control and He doesn’t allow things to happen haphazardly. You not attaining some worldly things is because of a wisdom which perhaps only He knows. He is all-Knowing and all-Wise. You not getting a positive response from a woman may be because she isn’t right for you. She may seem like the woman of your dreams, but perhaps she has baggage you can do without. Of course, the same goes for women who don’t receive a proposal or aren’t able to marry the man of their dreams. He may seem all that, but in the end he may be a horrible person and you are being saved…maybe. Think well of Allah, for He knows, while we do not know.
We do what we need to, then accept whatever Allah has chosen for us. Never give up and never despair. That just isn’t an option for a believer.
Worldly matters are not a big deal, what really matters is our Hereafter. So let’s not make our worldly affairs our major concern. When we make the Hereafter our biggest concern, the worldly matters fall in place, In sha Allah. Not to say that we ignore worldly matters, no, but we give everything its due.
Always keep your hope in Allah. Strive and don’t be hasty. Continue to strive while asking of Allah and always accepting and being pleased with Allah’s decree. The world won’t come to an end because you didn’t get to marry the woman you were attached to or because your marriage didn’t work out. The world won’t come to an end because you didn’t get your dream job. Keep things in perspective and don’t exaggerate worldly affairs.
Strive, be diligent and always think well of Allah, no matter what. As long as you have your faith (Islam), know that it is going to be ok, things are going to be fine. Anticipate reward from Allah for being patient, and you will never be disappointed. If we turn to the One Who created all things and controls all things, what is there to despair about?

AMAZING IN-LAWS.

The most beautiful and powerful way to bond strong family ties. These values could be frowned upon today by Muslims themselves due to what has replaced them from so called modernity and modernism.

Al-Hafidh Ibn Hajr [D. 852 A.H.] [رضي الله عنه] said:

❝From the distinct relationships through marriage was that of Talha Ibn Ubaydullaah At-Taymee [رضي الله عنه] who married four women, a sister of each of them was a wife of the Prophet [ﷺ].

■1 - Talha married Umm Kalthoom Bint Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, who was the sister of the truthful Aeysha Bint Abu Bakr As-Siddiq.

■2 - He married Himnah Bint Jahash, the sister of Zainab Bint Jahash.

■3 - He married Farr'aah Bint Abu Sufyaan, the sister of Umm Habeebah Bint Abu Sufyaan.

■4 - He married Ruqiyyah Bint Abu Ummayyah, the sister of Umm Salamah Hind Bint Abu Ummayyah.

May Allaah be pleased with all of them.❞

[Al-Isaabah, (5/422) | Translated By Abbas Abu Yahya Miraath Al-Anbiyya]

Translators Note: Talha Bin Ubaydullaah [رضي الله عنه] was one of the ten promised with Paradise. He married four women and each of them had a sister who was married to the Prophet [ﷺ] so he became a brother in law to the Prophet of Allah [ﷺ] from four sides.

🎙️Sheikh ibn uthaymeen رحمه اللّٰه ;

“Every delay is a good thing, except for marriage and fruit.”

When fruit ripens, do not leave it until it spoils; and when marriage becomes possible, place your trust in Allah ...the same applies to the man and the woman.

Delay is harmful. Every day that passes for the young man or young woman after youth weakens resolve and desire, cools strength, and increases weakness.
