What good is it that you require ID, if the second I submit my paper ballot into an electronic system that has internet connection enabled and encryption disabled, a hacker can go in and make the computer print out whatever results they chose? Why don't you watch Mike Lindell's last day of the cyber symposium and stand on your word? You say there is no evidence, parrotting the media narrative. If you believe that with all your heart, then surely you can look directly upon this presented evidence and debunk it with ease. And you could even win $5 million if you succeed.

Hey! A call out to ND Patriots, I have spoken to our ‘state elections administration systems manager’, crazy long title, Brian Nybakken. Our machines, the tabulator‘s and everything else, are considered critical infrastructure. There are two Century codes in North Dakota law that do not allow for forensic audits of that equipment. They are century code 16.1– 15–13 and 16. 1– 16 –04. These are state laws and the only way to get around them is through legislation. Anyone that we call about election integrity-the auditors, the SOS office-these are laws they must follow. They are on the books. The only thing that can be done is through the legislators. Cass County machines have already been maintenanced for the year, unfortunately. According to the election integrity process for our state, someone from the auditors office should be present when those are done. He explained in great detail what they have done and do before and after our elections to make sure those tabulator‘s work correctly. There was a lot about the conversation that led me to believe, as I felt before, that election fraud on the ground in our state is either non-existent or extremely rare. The provisions he has set up to catch that kind of stuff seem very thorough. My point is – accusing or suggesting that the people we have an office in our state are involved in election fraud is counter-productive. These offices are getting flooded with calls of people accusing them of committing fraud or being stupid or complicit. Not only doesn’t that help our cause, it’s counter-productive. A lot of these people are getting pretty old, in an office forever, and they are good people. We don’t want to lose good people because we are accusing them of not being good people. A lot of them are getting close to retirement. Please be kind and contact your legislators, fill out your affidavit requests for forensic audits, and understand that it is state law for them not to allow one. These are not laws that were just put into place and our government officials cannot break them. They have no connection to George Soros or the deep state-they are our friends, neighbours, and families. Be kind-most of these people know nothing about computers, they don’t have the information or the conviction that you do-we get nowhere and it discredits us to harass or accuse our friends and neighbours of breaking the law or being stupid or complicit. Think how you would feel if someone called you up and said that you were committing fraud and ‘I know it and you know it and there’s no way you can prove it and you need to fix it.’ You would be angry, defensive, and confused. perhaps that’s what some of this is about. What if they decide to quit? these people are getting close to retirement and if we push them into quitting now, who are we gonna end up with replacing them? I am just completely unsure how they can apply century code 16 to individuals having concerns about the electronic voting process and it being compromised. The person in charge of these machines is saying the same garble that we’re hearing out of Maricopa county officials. That if anyone audits those computers or machines then they are compromised and we would have to buy all new machines and computers. I don’t see how those old laws that have nothing with technology or electronic voting processes can be applied to a law made for paper ballots. I wasn’t even alleging there is fraud in the state, I was alleging that the electronic systems could have been violated by someone outside of our state and there might be a way to check for that. The fact that the systems can be affected by someone not elected or even in our state seems to me is completely different than securing paper ballots that are not allowed to be looked at or breached unless there is a contested election within four days of our election by a constituent. I wasn’t asking for an audit, I was just asking how we can be shown or get a forensic capture of our computers to prove that there wasn’t any shenanigans or code in there that shouldn’t be and was told that it’s protected under the same statute. Now we’re being told that the SOS’s from across the country got together and are pushing laws that do protect these machines and electronic voting systems for sure. Right now North Dakota is trying to use laws that don’t even consider what we are asking because they were made when there was nothing like this in existence. I’m also wondering how we ended up voting in a law in Cass County that eliminated all elected officials running just about anything and now we just have government employees running everything and checking on themselves. I’m pretty sure I voted no but if I did vote yes it was with the assumption that there would be oversight by an elected official. the way we’ve been run around there’s obviously no one elected in charge of those offices or they wouldn’t have run us around so much. Unless Cass county administrator is an elected position. If it’s not, then our auditor, recorder, and treasurer are running under no oversight from elected officials or the people in Cass. It’s been that way for about three years.

Sorry for the very long answer, my main thought that has been burning all day about the legal part is; The laws they are using talk about a third-party audit and how that cannot be allowed because then it compromises these election systems. We the people did not sign a contract with ES & S or whatever their name is? As far as I’m concerned, and I’m not a constitutional lawyer or anything, isn’t it we the people, the elected officials we elected, and the trusted employees they hire to serve us? Isn’t ES & S a third-party? To me that means they violated century code 16 when they involved a third-party and signed a contract with them and allow them into the system that they consider the same as a locked ballot box. Anyone? That’s why I was wondering if someone knows a constitutional lawyer. That would be a constitutional law question.
