Holy shit. This is terrifying.

We are excited to share with you:

📚 How to Audit an Election Through Public Records Requests 📚

This is part 1 of a short series explaining how you can perform an audit of the elections through public records requests. This is the introduction video which will give you ideas of what records you can request and how to use them in a meaningful way. Future tutorials will go more in depth with certain records, explain analysis reason and techniques, how to understand the results, and what to do with the information you find.
We are so conservative and honest our policies only match California and Indiana?

I can't believe The General has not posted this yet since he is mentioned throughout. This is an excellent explanation of what is occurring with election night reporting. One of the best articles I've read to date on election fraud and how it is occurring. Highly recommend reading and understanding it in its entirety.

The lead of this story is that es&s is pressuring the counties to be even less transparent. If you read the fingerprintsoffraud.com report you will understand why. Don't oversensationalize this, it's not new nor shocking. Take it as a sign on the road letting you know you are headed the right way. Don't forget that the voting companies have no legal right or authority to make the counties do anything.

Here is data from a single precinct level tabulator. The blue line are the actual total ballot counts (all status) through time. These counts align with the internal counter messages in the logs, so I KNOW the blue line is correct. It represents the actual ballots put through the machine. The orange line is a number extracted from the logs indicating the number of ballots "verified". Why is the verification number running higher than the actual ballots? Another question to ask your local officials.
This ⏫ is why ND won't release any CVR records.

Over 1200 precincts in 1980 down to 398, but we're small and local... uh huh.
statistics-turnout.pdf
The Seth Keshel article is missing context.

If ND is the gold standard, local concerned citizens will lose every local and state data point they have.

For example:

1) We don't have registration because everyone can vote, no ID required
2) We do have a record of voters and eligible voters, but those records are tied to your personal health records, drivers records, court records and as such are not available to the public at all ever.
3) We have no records beyond what was pulled from the web by Draza and others because everything election is "critical infrastructure" and not available to the public
4) Our laws are vague guidelines at best, as usual there is no enforcement such as 'election board will verify signatures' there's no how and no standard they simply say they did it.
5) Our FOIAs are denied and there is no appeals process.
6) Even the federal laws were written with exemptions for ND.

I could go on for hours. There's little to no ND in this election integrity fight because we have nothing to work with. No CVRs, no voter rolls, no log books, no tabulator tapes, no manuals, no EAC rules that have to be followed... nada

Oh and we don't have small local polling places, all that's required is one per voting district.  When your voting district covers 5 counties you have to drive 200+ miles to vote.  Over the last 30 years we have lost 67.7% of our precincts. That ain't local.
Transcript sections from following audio recording:

About 6 minutes:
Caller - like like how many ballots can you process a day that’s just nuts (6:15)

Deann - no and fortunately umm you know we do have a few days umm to process applications and that was part of umm the governor’s executive order you know was because you know normally we only have the one day to process or you know our elections judges which represent each party umm to you know basically open umm and verify signatures and then open all those absentee ballots and and umm tabulate them and so it was

Caller - so sooo with tabulate tabulating when you say process you guys were actually counting them at that point

Deann - right basically the way our absentee board works is very similar to umm you know really when you know when voters are are submitting them to the polls umm they’re they’re scanned into a machine it’s just a bigger umm higher speed scanner

----

About 11 minutes:
Deann - well we had several meetings with you know with the city of fargo umm kind of giving them our our stand point umm in that this is some of the cost obviously is going to have to be absorbed by the city umm you know we weren’t going to they wanted us to send out the absentee applications we said absolutely not you know umm its a cost that we dont you know we haven’t budgeted for and i’m not going to do it for one city and not do it for all

Caller - yeah

Deann - i don’t fell that you know that umm that’s fair so we updated our joint powers agreement just within the last year with uh all the cities and school districts to kind of help umm you know those kind of things out if theres those uhh special requests umm you know that particular candidate is convinced based on the 2020 primary that their turn out was just so much better when they did vote by mail and i really you know i have mixed feelings i don’t know that thats a fair judge of voter turn out i think 2020 was a year unlike any other we’re just never going to see that again

Caller - god i hope not (laughs)

Deann - you know and and so was it due to covid was it due to interest in the city of fargo race was it you know i think a lot of it was people you know everybody got applications in the mail they knew that that was their only opportunity to vote umm but are they going to take the initiative other years so it will be interesting to see what our turn out is like uhh you know we have i know aarp must have sent out applications to all of their members umm because thats the one thing we’ve been getting back just a ton of you know absentee umm

Caller - that’s kind of

Deann - applications from aarp

Caller - that’s kind of weird that that they thats kind of weird that they can send that stuff out

Deann - yeah just about anybody really i mean any any candidate any umm you know political party because they are not really pushing for necessarily for umm like aarps umm mailer i don’t know if it’s pushing anything other than you know exercise your right to vote

Caller - yeah no and

Deann - that kind of thing which i think everyone is getting involved in these days

Caller - yeah like we’re hosting a huge event out in

Deann - umm

Caller - killdeer here next week a get out and vote event where i’ve invited candidates from across the state just to come out and meet each other and meet people and like like people want to be involved and

Deann - yeah

Caller - that’s kind of cool

Deann - which is good its nice because you know when i first started fifteen years ago umm we used to joi my my umm i don’t know if you ever had the opportunity to meet mike montplesior umm our former finance director county auditor umm but he he used to always joke with me when i first started that it was like planning thirty-eight weddings all for the same day and i said you know the only problem is i said but it sucks when you plan all these parties and nobody shows up (laughs)

Seth K on Jovan starts talking about North Dakota at 1:38:18

Teacher scoring:

No voter registration? We don't "register" people to vote ***but we use DMV records to see if you can vote, which is the same thing as motor voter registration. We just don't call it that. Agreeing to disagree, we'll leave this out of the score.

No, you can vote without an ID.-1

There was manipulation of the ND Trump vote. Was it the cleanest? Seth thinks so, but his rubric doesn't fit the test. +1/-1, let's leave that out of the grading to be fair to both sides

No, we did have mail-in voting for all -1

No, you did not have to show up to vote -1

No, there was no control over mail-in ballots -1

No, it was not only overseas military and the legitimately disabled that got mail-in ballots. -1
The Cass County Director of Elections even noted that the AARP was sending them. Mail carriers are said to have gossiped that there were trash cans full of mis-addressed mail-in ballots and mail-in ballot applications in small towns in ND.

As to the fewer net new voters than 2016, that appears to come from ND Republican and Democrat party registrations. However, since you don't have to register to vote in ND, there is no reason to join the party unless you want to vote at the local naming convention. So this does not apply to the presidential election at all. +1/2
However, the actual total votes in 2020 were 33,653 more than 2016, so that just doesn't match. -1
(+1/2)+(-1)=-1/2

Score 1.5 out 7 is a 21%. Sorry Seth. 😞

In conclusion, ND has surpassed all the other states "bad" motor voter goals, and we did it in the 1950s.
