I have written this article to map out the director identity verification process as clearly as possible, to make life easier for everyone trying to understand it. The issue is complex, so the article is long — you may want to print it off and read it at your leisure. It is based on current guidance and my interpretation of it. While I may not have captured every nuance correctly, I have tried to explain in plain English how I believe the process works, what systems are involved and the inherent risks of all director verification routes.

Please note that I feel this article should be read by everyone, not just company directors, and this is because of the wider digital ID agenda, and that fact that what has happened to directors is going to happen to everyone sooner or later just for "different reasons"

This is my last article on the company directors’ verification issue, because I think I have now said all that I can say about it

Looking ahead, I intend to focus more deeply on One Login and Gov Wallet and the Govt obtaining verification info by stealth, as I really think that people need to know the dangers of these systems and the stealth aspect, and why the same matters to people’s freedom

In my opinion, the government is intent on getting everyone onto One Login, or grabbing by stealth the data that would normally be captured into that system, and I believe that the reason for this is function creep and further data usage of the kind I discuss in this article

PUBLIC CONSULTATION - Childhood Vaccinations

The Childhood Vaccinations Committee is holding an inquiry to examine childhood vaccination coverage in England.

They are seeking information and views from individuals and organisations, to understand:

- What the evidence is on routine childhood vaccination coverage in England;

- Why there has been a gradual decline in coverage over the past decade;

- What the Government should do to reverse this decline and reduce disparities in childhood vaccination coverage.

They say "We want to hear from a diverse range of people and organisations with different experiences and perspectives". Let's tell them!
