اطلاعیه مهم مرکز اسلامی امید بوستون درباره حفظ نظم و نگهداری محل برگزاری برنامه‌ها
سلام و عرض ادب خدمت برادران و خواهران ارجمند،
متأسفانه، در برنامه شنبه شب گذشته، به دلیل نبود نظارت کافی بر برخی از کودکان در سالن غذاخوری و محیط اطراف آن، مشکلاتی به وجود آمد که موجب بی‌نظمی و وارد آمدن خساراتی به محل شد. در نتیجه، تعدادی از برادران ناچار شدند تا نیمه‌شب برای رسیدگی به مشکلات و سامان‌دهی محل در آنجا بمانند.
با توجه به اهمیت حفظ امکانات عمومی و تعهدات مرکز در قبال مسئولان ساختمان، امیدواریم با همکاری و همراهی همه خانواده‌های عزیز، از تکرار چنین مواردی جلوگیری کنیم و امکان ادامه برنامه‌های مرکز را در این محل فراهم سازیم.
۱. نظارت والدین بر فرزندان
از والدین محترم خواهشمندیم در طول برنامه‌ها مراقبت کافی از فرزندان خود داشته باشند تا ضمن حفظ امنیت و آرامش کودکان، از آسیب دیدن امکانات و تجهیزات و ایجاد بی‌نظمی جلوگیری شود.
بدیهی است حضور کودکان در برنامه‌ها با همکاری و نظارت مستمر والدین امکان‌پذیر خواهد بود. از خانواده‌هایی که در برخی شرایط امکان نظارت کافی بر فرزندان خود را ندارند، تقاضا می‌شود تا فراهم شدن شرایط مناسب، در این زمینه ملاحظات لازم را در نظر بگیرند.
۲. مشارکت داوطلبانه خانواده‌ها در حفظ نظم و نظافت
برای کمک به حفظ نظم، نظافت و نگهداری مناسب محل، از خانواده‌های محترم دعوت می‌کنیم دست‌کم دو خانواده به‌صورت داوطلبانه مسئولیت همکاری در نظارت بر فضای حضور کودکان را در طول برنامه‌ها بر عهده بگیرند.
عزیزانی که مایل به همکاری هستند، لطفاً آمادگی خود را حداقل یک هفته پیش از برگزاری هر برنامه، از طریق ارسال پیامک به شماره 3319-479-508 اعلام فرمایند تا هماهنگی‌های لازم انجام شود.
چنانچه تا یک هفته پیش از برنامه، دست‌کم دو خانواده برای این مسئولیت اعلام آمادگی نکنند، برای حفظ نظم و جلوگیری از خسارات احتمالی، برنامه مربوطه صرفاً با حضور بزرگسالان برگزار خواهد شد و امکان حضور کودکان فراهم نخواهد بود.
۳. همکاری همگانی برای تداوم برنامه‌ها
حفظ فضای مناسب برای برگزاری برنامه‌های مذهبی و فرهنگی مرکز اسلامی امید، به همکاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری همه ما بستگی دارد. با رعایت نظم، مراقبت از امکانات عمومی و توجه به حقوق دیگران، می‌توانیم محیطی آرام و دلپذیر برای همه خانواده‌ها فراهم کنیم و امکان استفاده از محل فعلی را برای برنامه‌های آینده حفظ نماییم.
