Let’s be clear:

▶️The #DSA was adopted democratically by EU Member States and directly elected MEPs.
▶️It does not regulate free American citizens.
▶️It does increase transparency and accountability of Big Tech.

So why the backlash? Because for the first time, powerful platforms are being held to clear rules.

It is very easy: What is illegal offline should be illegal also online.

Europe must not bow to pressure — from the East or the West.

Our digital rules protect democracy, users and fair debate. And we need to enforce them. 🇪🇺💪
