WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US AND OTHER PROMOTION GROUPS?

Basically, the concept and goal of all promotion groups are the same. The main differences that distinguish us from the rest are the use of:

1) Our own designed algorithm
👉 How do we arrange our PROMOTION LIST?

2) Our own monitoring method
👉 How do we monitor the #shared posting?

3) Our own created bots
👉 What are the bots created by us and their functions?

OFFICIAL MANAGER BOT (@OfficialManagerBot)

1) This is a bot created by us mainly to prevent flood and spam in our promotion group.

2) It has the function to prompt our rules during a new member joining, #new submission, and #shared posting.

3) It is used by us to send announcements, important messages, or even to communicate with members in the group.

4) It is responsible to automatically give warning(s) and to mute or ban member(s) who disobey the rules of our group chat. All the actions taken by this bot will be permanently recorded in this channel @OfficialManager, which is open for public viewing.

5) Here are a few commands which you may try out in our promotion group:
/rules - To view the rules of our group
/link - To get the invite link to our group

6) Feel free to add @OfficialManagerBot into your group(s). However, we paid for certain premium functions of this bot, so if you are using it for free, some functions might not be workable at your end.

RULES FOR #SHARED

1) Please wait for admin's announcement and share the list which contains your channel within 2 days (48 hours) from the publish time.

2) After you shared our PROMOTION LIST in your channel, remember to post #shared (as per format below) into the group as a proof record that you have shared.

3) Your #shared posting must be in the format of:
a. #Shared
b. @YourChannelsName
c. The link of your post which contains the list (Remove preview)

For example:
#shared @OfficialPromotion
https://t.me/OfficialPromotion/1234

4) To share the PROMOTION LIST, copy the inline link that contains your channel, paste it in your channel and a picture will pops up, click on it and click send.

5) Do not attempt to edit the PROMOTION LIST in any way. Share as it is, and do not share any different list than what you are required to share.

6) The channel which you have submitted for #new is the only channel for the PROMOTION LIST to be shared. No exchange of channel for sharing will be entertained.

7) You must keep the PROMOTION LIST for 4 hours on top (last post) and 2 days (48 hours) in your channel. No excuse(s) will be accepted if you did not fulfil this requirement.

8) Failure to adhere to any of the rules above will result in a ban.

9) We welcome anybody to report to us if you found any #shared posting which did not follow our #shared posting rules.

HOW DO WE MONITOR THE #SHARED POSTING?

1) In Official Promotion, we strictly monitor the #shared posting of each participating channel as explained below.

2) After we published the PROMOTION LIST, we will start a CHECK LIST to monitor each channel's #shared posting. This is to make sure that the fixed period of minimum 4 hours on top and 2 days (48 hours) in channel is fulfilled by all participating channels.

3) If you were one of the participants, you are required to share the PROMOTION LIST within 2 days (48 hours) after the list is posted. After that we will close sharing phase and move to monitoring phase. BANNED LIST will be published at the same time.

4) Once you posted the #shared link in the group, we will mark the FIRST ✅ to your channel in our CHECK LIST. The SECOND ✅ will be given after you fulfilled 4 hours on top in your channel. And the THIRD ✅ to be given after you completed 2 days (48 hours) in your channel.

5) Always make sure that you have accumulated THREE ✅ before you delete the PROMOTION LIST from your channel.

6) Please note that your channel will be listed in our BANNED LIST if you do not have THREE ✅ recorded by the end of our sharing period.

7) Do alert us if we missed out to update any of the THREE ✅ to your channel in the CHECK LIST after your completion of each requirement.

8) We welcome anybody to report to us if you found any #shared posting which do not meet our minimum requirements (sharing time) or do not follow our #shared posting rules.

9) We need to be strict in this part to ensure fair play in our promotion group so that to all the participating channels within the group community may be able to benefit together fairly.

NEW RULES AND TIMELINE

1) In order to introduce fair play in this promotion group, especially to be fair to those who shared our PROMOTION LIST early, below are some new rules and timeline to be implemented starting from Session 2.

2) We decided to start the #new submissions only after the last person who #shared, completes his/her 4 hours top and 2 days (48 hours) in channel.

3) For this reason, we will shorten the sharing timeline, which means that after the PROMOTION LIST is published, members will only have 2 days (instead of existing 3 days) to share the list.

4) After the 2 days (48 hours), we will close sharing phase and post the BAN LIST, and we will move to monitoring phase to monitor the #shared post until the last person completed 4 hours top and 2 days (48 hours) in channel. Then only we will start #new submission again.

5) Therefore, the new timeline will be as follow:
✅ 3 days for #new submission
✅ 2 days (48 hours) for #shared posting
✅ 2 days for monitoring #shared
And this cycle will repeat.

6) So it will be the best for all to share early especially when everyone is sharing together, otherwise everyone will be monitoring your #shared posting and waiting for it to expire.

7) For those who shared early and completed early, you may delete the PROMOTION LIST after THREE ✅ is recorded.

8) Share early, complete early. Share late, complete late. Share late won't shorten your sharing time, as you are still being monitored.

NEW UPDATES
(Starting Session 12)

☑️ As we are gradually adapting the new technology of full automation for channel sharing and monitoring, we are pleased to introduce auto posting and auto deleting of PROMOTION LIST to and from your channel.

☑️ What you need to do is to add @OfficialPromotionBot as the admin in your channel and give admin rights for it to post/edit/delete, and inform us to verify it.

☑️ Only one time registration needed and your channel will be automatically included in every upcoming sessions.

☑️ You may opt out after the end of a session if you want to stop with our promotion. If you opt out during a session is still running, your channel will be banned from future sessions.

☑️ No posting of #shared is required as all channels are confirmed to share the PROMOTION LIST. Do not delete it as our bot will do the auto deletion after 48 hours.

☑️ Channels that did not keep it on top for 4 hours and/or delete before 48 hours will be penalised.

☑️ Finally, in another updates, instead of closing down our 1k+ category, we are planning to convert it into full automation (registration/sharing/monitoring), but that will be a totally different procedures and processes which we will inform and update to you later on.
