فرم تماس با ما ساده

سلام دوستانیه فرم تماس با ما بسیار ساده می خوامدارای فیلدهای: نام، ایمیل، موبایل، پیام و دکمه ارسالهمه فیلدها ضروری باشند و فرم صحیح برای نوشتند موبایل و ایمیل بررسی شودمقدار subject در سورس صفحه تعریف شودخطاها در زیر دکمه ارسال نمایش داده شوندو پیام های "ارسال موفق ایمیل" و یا "خطا در ارسال ایمیل" هم در زیر دکمه ارسال نمایش داده شوندپیام "ارسال موفق ایمیل" با رنگ دیگری نمایش داده شودبا php و AJAX در 2 فایل بدون استایل و ساده نوشته شوداین نمونه رو دارم... ولی کار نکردهمین رو می تونید بررسی فرمائید؟
