๐Ÿ”ฅ You're burning $14,400 a year on USDT TRC20 fees.

Paying $4 for every transfer from a cold wallet may not look like much. But at just 10 transactions a day, the numbers add up fast:

๐Ÿ”ป $40 per day
๐Ÿ”ป $1,200 per month
๐Ÿ”ป $14,400 per year

TRC20 transfers require network resources, and high network activity keeps transaction costs elevated. For businesses processing payouts every day, these fees quickly become a real operating expense.

โš™๏ธ At PassimPay, we optimized our infrastructure and reduced the withdrawal fee to just 5 TRX, currently around $1.60.

What does that mean in practice?

๐Ÿ›ก More than 50% saved on every transaction.

Instead of spending $14,400 a year, you spend just over $5,700.

That leaves almost $9,000 in your business.

Lower transaction costs. More margin kept where it belongs.

Stop forcing your users to copy-paste new crypto addresses. It is killing your conversion rate.

โณ Every time a user generates a new 34-character string, they hesitate. Switching apps, checking networks, and verifying digits adds friction. Every extra step is a reason to abandon the payment.

๐Ÿ‘€ Standard checkouts create a new address for every transaction. If a user accidentally sends funds to yesterday's address, the money is lost. You get an angry support ticket, and they leave for a competitor.

๐Ÿ“Œ A static address assigns one permanent crypto wallet per user. They copy it once and whitelist it in their exchange.

โšก๏ธ Why this spikes your conversion:
โ€ข Fewer drop-offs at checkout: A two-minute process becomes a ten-second routine.
โ€ข Zero hesitation: Top-ups happen directly from a saved address book.
โ€ข Higher trust: Users no longer fear making a copy-paste error.

๐Ÿ’ผ PassimPay static addresses simplify the payment process. Support stops chasing lost funds, and users actually finish their transactions.

Build a payment flow that makes sense with PassimPay.

๐Ÿ“Š Predictable Revenue in a Volatile Market: PassimPay Auto-Conversion

You close a $5,000 deal on Friday in Bitcoin. Over the weekend, the market drops. By Monday morning, that payment is worth $4,500. You delivered the product, but the market kept your margin.

๐ŸŽข The cost of volatility
Crypto payments open up global markets, but storing those assets is a massive financial risk. Your business runs on fixed expenses. Payroll, servers, and marketing do not get cheaper just because Bitcoin took a dip. You cannot peg your revenue to the daily price swings of 70 different tokens.

โšก๏ธ Lock in the exact fiat value
PassimPay allows your customers to pay in their preferred cryptocurrency, but you never have to hold it. Our auto-conversion engine swaps volatile assets into stablecoins like USDT or USDC once the on-chain transaction is processed.

๐Ÿ“Œ Set it up in two minutes:
โ€ข Activate automatic conversion in your merchant dashboard.
โ€ข Set custom limits to trigger the swap only when your balance hits a specific threshold.
โ€ข Pay a flat 0.2% fee. That is a tiny cost compared to a sudden 10% market crash.

The most important detail? The swap is executed at the real exchange rate. Why does this matter? Many payment providers embed hidden markups into their exchange rates without informing their clients. We keep it completely transparent.

๐Ÿ›ก Predictable revenue
Business requires predictability. PassimPay handles the market volatility behind the scenes, so you can offer flexible payment options without exposing your treasury to unnecessary risks.

Secure your revenue today.

โšก๏ธ Crypto payments, zero dev time

Tasking your dev team with building a custom crypto checkout takes weeks. They have better things to do than reinvent payment interfaces.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป Designing a checkout from scratch means handling caches, managing states, and drawing UI components. It drains resources from your core product. You can skip that entirely with a simple redirect integration.

Just place a payment button on your site. PassimPay handles the processing logic, but the user feels like they never left your brand.

Standard third-party payment pages usually look completely disconnected from your website, which hurts buyer trust. We fixed that.

Our merchant dashboard includes a visual builder. You upload your logo, adjust the colors to match your brand, and configure the layout yourself.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Launch crypto payments today without overloading your tech department. You do not need to pull a developer from their sprint to make design changes.

๐Ÿ“‰ One Wrong Click on a DEX Can Erase Your Revenue

Crypto is not a bank. If you make a mistake, there is no support desk to reverse the transaction.

Using a decentralized exchange (DEX) for business swaps leaves you entirely on your own. You have to hold native tokens just to pay GAS fees and navigate an interface built for day traders. One wrong network selection means your company's revenue simply disappears

๐Ÿ›  PassimPay fixes this by moving the exchange inside your merchant back office.

We built a Swap tool for businesses that value safety over complex trading features. You get a clean, user-friendly interface to swap crypto for crypto right inside your familiar back office. The system prevents network errors automatically, and you never have to worry about GAS fees again.

If you ever feel unsure, you do not have to guess. Your dedicated account manager will guide you through the dashboard step by step to ensure your funds are safe.

Stop risking corporate money on complicated exchanges.

โš ๏ธ Solana network temporarily unavailable

Solana is currently experiencing a technical issue: due to problems at one of its infrastructure providers, a number of network validators went offline at the same time.

โณ Stop Wasting Your Support Teamโ€™s Time on "Wrong Network" Crypto Recoveries

Your support team shouldn't be spending shifts tracking down lost crypto.

๐Ÿ’ผ A client came to us recently with a problem that wasn't going to sink the business, but it was wearing down their support team. Customers kept sending USDT on the wrong network. Someone picks BSC instead of Ethereum because the fees are lower, hits send, and the payment gets stuck.

Nobody went bankrupt over it. But every mix-up meant an angry ticket, a delayed order, and a developer pulled away from real work to manually recover funds by hand. Buyers will keep making this mistake, because exchanges often default to the cheapest network without asking first. You can't fix user behavior. You can fix the infrastructure underneath it.

โœ… PassimPay eliminates this problem with unified address architecture:
โ€ข Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and Arbitrum share the exact same wallet address.
โ€ข Your USDT address on Solana matches your native SOL address. The same applies to the TON ecosystem.

So if a customer sends USDT on the wrong EVM chain, the funds still land in your merchant account and the invoice clears on its own.

No ticket. No developer pulled off their actual work. No refund conversation.
1๐Ÿ‘9๐Ÿ”ฅ7โค6๐Ÿ‘5๐Ÿ’ฏ33
๐Ÿ’ฌ AI agents can't improvise. That's why our support team is entirely human.

Fintech platforms love bragging about their new AI agents. We've gone the other way. While everyone else automates support out of existence, we're doubling down on people.

AI agents are built to enforce standard rules, not to handle the messy reality of B2B operations.

When your business needs flexible logic or a setup that doesn't match any template, an AI agent hits a wall. There's no pre-built option for your case, so it gives you a dead end, closes the ticket, and leaves your team to sort out the mess on their own.

A human account manager does the opposite. They look at how you actually operate, talk to your dev team about API parameters, and configure things around your specific merchant setup.

โš ๏ธ When something actually goes wrong

Custom configuration is one problem. A real crisis is a different one, and it needs a person who can think on their feet.

One merchant we work with had their site compromised. Unauthorized withdrawal attempts started hitting their payment pipeline.

An AI agent would have looped them through generic password-reset articles and told them to file a ticket, leaving their funds exposed for days.

Instead, the merchant called their account manager directly. We froze payment activity on our end right away, worked through the incident with their dev team, and told them exactly what security steps we needed before we'd safely restore their payouts.

๐ŸŒŸ The bottom line

AI agents are fine for pointing someone to a help doc. They start to fall apart the moment your funds are at risk or your business runs on payment rules nobody bothered to script for.

A person notices when something's off. A script doesn't, at least not until it's too late.

If your money's on the line, you want someone who picks up the phone, not a menu of pre-written replies.

๐Ÿ’ Accept $APE Natively: PassimPay Expands to ApeChain

One of the largest ecosystems in Web3 powers ApeCoin. As of today, PassimPay is officially part of it. We integrated ApeChain and ApeCoin, allowing our merchants to accept $APE payments directly through our platform.

๐ŸŒŸ About ApeChain, Yuga Labs & BAYC

ApeChain is an infrastructure foundation built around one of the most influential ecosystems in Web3 history.

Industry giants Yuga Labs created the legendary Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) collection and the Otherside metaverse. The team set quality standards for the entire market, turning NFTs into a global cultural and financial phenomenon expanding beyond Web3.

ApeChain delivers high transaction speeds for Web3 applications while maintaining direct connection to the ApeCoin ecosystem. We are proud to join this infrastructure and provide project creators with B2B processing tooling.

๐Ÿ‘€ But that is not all...

The ApeChain integration is just the first step of our partnership. Joining forces with the $APE community brings something special to PassimPay merchants.

We are preparing an exclusive promo campaign for everyone enabling $APE payments. Setting it up inside your merchant dashboard takes just a few clicks.

Stay tuned, as we will reveal full details next week.

โญ๏ธ 10,000 $APE Airdrop and Zero Processing Fees for Merchants

At PassimPay, we keep investing in our infrastructure because our merchants keep growing. Scaling crypto processing is the easy part. The harder part is giving you the tools to actually run a business on top of it.

We now support ApeCoin ($APE) as a payment method, and we've teamed up with the ApeCoin team on a launch promotion for merchants.

๐ŸŽ Merchants who enable $APE are entered into a draw for 10,000 APE tokens, split between five winners at the end of the promotion. We're also waiving platform fees on APE payments for 50 days, so whatever you process in that window, you keep.

๐Ÿ“‹ To take part, enable $APE as a payment method through the PassimPay API (H2H integration supported).

๐Ÿ“… The promotion runs three months, through November 30, 2026.

๐Ÿง 741 million holders, 0.19% of online commerce

Both numbers come from the Cointelegraph Research report "Crypto Payment Gateways: Infrastructure, Adoption, and the Merchant Acceptance Gap."

The gap looks strange right up until you check which side the obstacle sits on.

๐Ÿ“The problem is on the merchant side

Buyers already have wallets and funds, and plenty of them are willing to pay in crypto. The trouble begins when a business has to accept that payment and record it properly.

A merchant who accepts crypto directly has to generate addresses and track on-chain confirmations. The price can move between payment and settlement. Blockchain activity has to be matched against accounting records, each transaction needs the right tax treatment, and someone has to turn the incoming coins into money for salaries and suppliers.

On top of that, most teams haven't dealt with it before. Accounting isn't sure how it should appear in the reports, and legal has questions about regulation, so the decision often gets postponed.

According to the report, 90% of surveyed merchants would try crypto if it were as simple as taking card payments. So what holds them back is mostly the workload.

๐Ÿ‘€ What we see in practice

Our merchants rarely come to crypto because the technology interests them. They come when their usual payment methods start causing problems.

Cross-border bank transfers take days, and fees and conversion eat a noticeable part of the amount. International card acquiring costs several times more than crypto processing, and a blockchain transfer skips the chain of correspondent banks.

Crypto payments can't be charged back, which matters a lot to a business that has spent years absorbing fraudulent reversals. The downside is that there's no built-in way to resolve disputes, and in high-dispute categories that is still a real limitation.

For us, the most interesting finding is that retail purchases no longer account for most crypto payment volume. B2B settlement is several times larger than consumer spending on goods, so most crypto payments today are businesses paying each other.

โญ๏ธ Where this leads

The 0.19% figure says little about the technology itself. It shows how difficult crypto still is to fit into normal business operations.

We expect that number to grow as accepting crypto becomes as easy as accepting cards. That is the problem we work on: taking the operational burden off businesses so crypto becomes one more ordinary payment method.

Lisbon isn't our only stop this season. Our Head of Sales, Sergey Krotov, is heading to Prague for the TES Affiliate Conference. It starts tomorrow and runs September 25 to 28 at the Diplomat Hotel.

TES is a working B2B event. Affiliate networks, e-commerce brands and traffic partners come there to sort out day-to-day operational problems, so most meetings get specific fast.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ If your network is growing, you've probably run into cross-border payout issues, high gas fees or card payments failing at checkout. That's what we want to talk about: how our API plugs in, how to pay all your partners in one batch, and how to spend less on network fees.

โšก๏ธ Dash processing on PassimPay is now free for 3 months, and our merchants can set up $DASH acceptance in a couple of clicks!

๐Ÿ’™ Dash has been working on this since 2015, when the project took the name Dash, short for โ€œdigital cash.โ€ The goal hasnโ€™t changed: make crypto a way to pay on equal terms with fiat.

While other projects chased new narratives, Dash went where people pay in crypto because they need to, not because theyโ€™re curious. In Latin America that meant merchant onboarding programmes, eventually reaching Traki, Venezuelaโ€™s largest retail chain. Then came wallets for people without an exchange account. Today itโ€™s payment cards and partner networks. Shops in Southeast Asia, Nigeria, Mexico and Brazil accept DASH by QR code, and the merchant is paid in local currency.

๐ŸŒŸ Work like this is what turns crypto payments into a normal option. On our side, weโ€™re removing the fee to make paying in Dash easier.
