Ethan Frey will be demonstrating how to build multi-chain smart-contracts using CosmWasm.
CosmWasm is written as a module that can plug into the Cosmos SDK. This means that anyone currently building a blockchain using the Cosmos SDK can quickly and easily add CosmWasm smart contracting support to their chain, without adjusting existing logic.

We are thrilled to see the enthusiasm of developers for HackAtom Week. To take developers' BUIDLing experience to the next level we are hosting the ChainSafe team today.
Elizabeth Binks, Software Developer at ChainSafe, will be taking a hands-on session for Ethermint.
Ethermint provides the same functionality as standard Ethereum. This means that all smart contracts, the EVM, all tooling, and client software work as expected. The difference is that Ethermint uses PoS instead of PoW. It provides instant finality as well as IBC compatibility.
We are working towards bridging different ecosystems together!
