🌍 Major Catastrophes Before the Emergence of Imam Mahdi (AJ)
🔴 Floods and Terrifying Rainfall
1⃣ They asked Imam Hadi (AS), "When will the people of Qom witness the reappearance?" He replied, "When water covers the land."
2⃣ Imam Sajjad (AS) stated, "When Najaf experiences floods and heavy rainfall... be ready for the advent of the Awaited One."
3⃣ Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned signs of the reappearance: "...the earth will become saturated with abundant rainfall, and every group will think this is only happening in their region."
4⃣ In Zoroastrian texts, it is written, "Rain will not fall in its season, and rivers and springs will dry up."
🔴 Earthquakes
1⃣ In Zoroastrian writings, it is mentioned, "The earth will quake severely, causing immense destruction."
2⃣ In the Holy Bible, it is stated, "Great earthquakes will occur in various places."
3⃣ Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "The time of reappearance will not come until earthquakes become frequent."
4⃣ Imam Ali (AS) declared, "At the time of the rise of Bahram and Qayvan with precise associates, tremors and earthquakes will occur successively."
5⃣ A narration from the Prophet (PBUH) indicates that from the east, where the sun rises, Satan's lock of hair will appear, and earthquakes and trials will arise from there.
🔴 Storms and Dust Storms
1⃣ Hasan Basri warned his fellow citizens, "A yellow wind from the southwest is coming to you. It will last for three days and two nights, causing Basra to drown in it."
2⃣ From the Prophet (PBUH): "Destruction will come with the wind carrying sand..."
3⃣ Imam Sadiq (AS) said, "Lands will become dry."
🔴 Calamities and Widespread Death
1⃣ Imam Ali (AS) foretold, "Swift and extensive deaths will seize the people, where a man is healthy in the morning and buried at night, and alive at night but dies in the morning."
2⃣ Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned, "A sign of the approaching time of reappearance is sudden deaths."
3⃣ From the words of the Prophet (PBUH), "Certainly, before the emergence of the Antichrist, three difficult years will come, during which severe famine will afflict people..."
