The message read: "Peace; Put an end to aggression. End the mass killings. Independent Palestine."

Throughout the city, walls, posters, and various tags echoed support for the Palestinian people. Palestine and Gaza have become pivotal points in history, drawing attention from freedom advocates worldwide.
