🔸 The Imam of the Age's (aj) Special Regard for the Funeral Processions of Martyrs 🔸
🔹 Ayatollah Haeri Shirazi 🔹
The blood of the martyrs has a powerful attraction. Whoever takes part in the funeral procession of martyrs becomes touched by that blood. It draws the person in, transforms them, detaches them from worldly attachments, makes this world seem small in their eyes, and magnifies Allah in their heart.
This is a gathering upon which Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) casts his special gaze. Why do we spend our wealth to travel to Makkah? Because Allah has bestowed a special regard upon those sacred places.
May Allah, through the blessing of these martyrs, bring the hearts of everyone who was granted the honor of attending their funeral procession closer to the hearts of the martyrs.
