"On the second of Ordibehesht, the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, I extend my congratulations on the birth of this blessed offspring of the revolution, whose formation was indebted to the insight of Imam Khomeini. I congratulate the great family of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which has always moved in the path of preserving and expanding the ideals of the revolution, guided by the instructions of the late Imam and the strategic measures of Imam Khamenei. In the true sense of the word, they have safeguarded the Islamic Revolution from the threats and actions of military, security, intelligence, cultural, social, economic, and cyber domains.

Today, despite advancements in missile technology, the defensive deterrence of the Islamic Republic of Iran is several times stronger than before, thwarting any unfounded illusions in the minds of enemies. This realm serves as a source of inspiration for other foundational industries of the country, both now and in the future."
