Although activities in this sector have not completely halted, significant signs of disruption, stagnation, and reduced innovation are evident.

2️⃣ Disruption in Production and Supply Chain
🔸 Widespread labor strikes due to protests against Benjamin Netanyahu's government and the discovery of Israeli prisoners' bodies in Gaza led to multi-day shutdowns of clothing production lines. Prior to the war, a significant portion of Israel's clothing production had been relocated to neighboring countries, including Jordan, Turkey, and Palestine. However, after October 7, disruptions in transportation and increased regional instability caused further industrial dependency issues for the regime in the fashion sector.

3️⃣ Decline in Investment and Revenue
🔸 Meanwhile, the #Israeli_Government shifted its economic priorities, directing public funds toward military expenditures. In 2024, the fake country’s military budget increased by 25%, leading to a significant reduction in resources for non-military sectors, including the fashion industry. This budget cut directly impacted the income of designers and companies in the fashion sector, with average designer incomes decreasing by 20 to 30%.
