🔹 Verse 64 – Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:64):

"The Jews said, 'God’s hand is tied.' May their hands be tied and they be cursed for what they said. Rather, both His hands are extended — He gives as He wills. What has been revealed to you from your Lord will only increase many of them in rebellion and disbelief. And We have cast among them enmity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindle the fire of war, Allah extinguishes it. And they strive throughout the land to spread corruption, but Allah does not love the corrupters."

⚔️ Two Historical Fronts Meet

At the time of the Prophet’s mission, the confrontation of Ḥizb Allāh (the Party of God) and Ḥizb al-Shayṭān (the Party of Satan – the Jews) reached one of the most strategic regions of the world: the Arabian Peninsula.

Just as the descendants of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) preserved the sacred trust of the Last Prophet’s lineage, the opposing front was plotting to extinguish it.

🕵️ The Jewish Three-Stage Plan

According to The Deviant Lineage, Jewish schemes against the Prophet ﷺ unfolded in three stages:

1️⃣ Assassination – preventing the Prophet’s birth or survival.
2️⃣ Obstacles to Jerusalem – blocking his march toward al-Quds (Jerusalem).
3️⃣ Infiltration – sowing division within his Ummah and gaining control.

🔥 Early Assassination Attempts

From the time of ʿAdnān (the 20th forefather of the Prophet), Jewish plots targeted the Prophet’s ancestors:

Hāshim – poisoned in Gaza while on a trade journey.

ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib – targeted in childhood but rescued by his uncles.

ʿAbd Allāh (father of the Prophet) – multiple assassination attempts recorded; finally died mysteriously in Yathrib (Medina).

Even after the Prophet’s blessed birth, Jewish scholars immediately recognized him:

On the night of his birth, a Jewish rabbi asked: “Has a child been born among you tonight named Ahmad?” When shown the infant, he fainted, saying:
“This is the one who will bring the end of Bani Israel’s power.”

🍼 Hidden in Childhood

Fearing Jewish assassins, ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib entrusted the young Muhammad ﷺ to Ḥalīma al-Saʿdiyya, far from Makkah, for five years. This was no mere custom—it was a protection plan against enemies who had already identified him.

⚔️ The Wars Against Islam

After the Prophet’s mission began, Jewish hostility continued through wars:

Every major battle in the Prophet’s lifetime, when mapped, points toward al-Quds.

In the Battle of the Trench (al-Aḥzāb), Jewish planning and alliance-making reached its peak.

The Prophet’s direction toward Rome and Jerusalem was no accident—he was confronting the same power that had plotted his death since before his birth.

🌙 Preservation Through Wilāyah

The Prophet ﷺ’s ultimate mission was not only to deliver Islam but to establish Wilāyah (Divine Authority) through ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib عليه السلام.

The Jews’ strongest weapon was the same old tool of Shayṭān: division and discord. By infiltrating the Muslim community with hypocrites (munāfiqīn), they sought to fracture the Ummah from within.

📖 Qur’anic Confirmation

The Qur’an affirms that Jews knew the Prophet ﷺ before his mission:

“When there came to them a Book from Allah confirming what was with them — and previously they prayed for victory over the disbelievers — yet when there came to them that which they recognized, they disbelieved in it. So Allah’s curse is upon the disbelievers.”
(Qur’an 2:89)

✨ Summary: From the attempted assassinations of the Prophet’s forefathers, to plots against his childhood, to orchestrated wars in Medina, the Jewish front knew his reality and sought to extinguish the Light of Prophethood. Yet, as the Qur’an says:

“They desire to extinguish Allah’s Light with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His Light, though the disbelievers hate it.” (Qur’an 61:8)
