📌 Are We One of Them?!
🔻 A Warning from the Qur’an:
"O you who have believed!
Do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies.
They are allies of one another.
And whoever among you takes them as allies is indeed one of them..."
📖 Surah Al-Ma'idah, 5:51
⚠️ Allah clearly states:
If your true reliance and loyalty lie with the Jews and Christians, you are counted among them — meaning you're no longer from the ranks of the believers.
📚 A Shocking Historical Incident:
After the Battle of Uhud, 🔹‘Uthman said:
“I fear the Jews will overpower us. I’ll seek refuge with my friend in Syria!”
🔹Talhah added:
“I’ll seek refuge with my Christian friend in Syria!”
One leaned towards Judaism, the other towards Christianity.
📛 The Prophet ﷺ responded in pain:
"Will you abandon us in such a time?!"
✊ Imam Ali (a.s.) stood firm:
"He who helps him (the Prophet) does not need to be honored by others; and he who abandons him will never escape humiliation."
Then, Allah revealed the above verse.

❤️ The View of Ahl al-Bayt (a):
🔹 Imam Sadiq (a):
“Whoever loves us, follows us, and prioritizes us above all—he is from us, the Ahl al-Bayt… even if he’s not from our bloodline.”
📚 Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 65, p. 35 | Noor al-Thaqalayn
🔹 He also said:
“Whoever has piety and does righteous deeds is from us, the Ahl al-Bayt.
Didn’t you hear Allah say:
'And whoever among you takes them as allies is indeed one of them'?”
📖 Da‘a’im al-Islam, vol. 1, p. 62
🎯 Conclusion:
❗Love and obedience define belonging, not mere names or lineage.
If we turn our hearts to the false front, even while appearing religious,
we may be counted among them, not us.
🔻 Woe to the one who, dressed in faith, walks the path of the enemy…
