▫️ I ask you: Is it better to gather all the trash in one place and then throw it into the garbage dump, or to leave it scattered across the ground?
When God intends to cleanse and purify the world, first a kind of “trash-collector” and “garbage-absorber” appears, drawing all the filth toward himself. Then God disposes of them all at once.
The Qur’an says regarding the wicked:
Doesn’t each of you gather your household trash together and pile it up before throwing it away and burning it? God says He too burns the trash. Hell is a garbage-incineration plant. Whoever becomes trash is taken there and burned.
▫️ The Shah was shot in 1948, but the bullet did not strike him—it only grazed his mustache. Two centimeters to the side, and he would have been killed. Why? Because there was calculation and decree behind it.
On April 10 as well, he was shot at, and the bullets passed between his legs without hitting him. There was a reckoning in all this. He had to remain so that he would eventually become isolated. He had to remain so that all the corrupt would gather around him—and then all of them would go together.
▫️ “Let not those who disbelieve think that Our granting them respite is good for them. We only grant them respite so that they may increase in sin.”
The disbelievers should not assume that the delay given to them is a blessing. No. They are given time so they can gather all the filth together—so they may increase in sin and draw every corrupt person into their circle.
Regarding Iraq as well, God intended to purify Iraq; therefore, the corrupt elements were gathered around Saddam. Saddam was the garbage dump. God gathered all the debris around him.
