Peace And Treaties

✨Bear in mind that you do not throw away the offer of #peace which your #enemy may himself make. Accept it, for that will please God. Peace is a source of #comfort to the #army , it reduces your worries and promotes order in the# state .

✨But Beware! Be on your guard when the peace is signed for, certain types of enemies propose terms of peace just to lull you into a sense of #security only to attack you again when you are off your guard. So you should exercise the utmost vigilance on your part, and place no undue #faith in their protestations.

✨But, if under the peace #treaty you have accepted any obligations, discharge those #obligations scrupulously. It is a #trust and must be faithfully upheld and whenever you have promised anything, keep it with all the strength that you command, for whatever differences of #opinion might exist on other matters, there is nothing so noble as the fulfilment of a #promise.

🔹 Verse 78 – Surah An-Nisa | Wilayah and Mahdawi Insight

🌙 The Noble Verse

أَيْنَما تَكُونُوا يُدْرِكْكُمُ الْمَوْتُ وَ لَوْ كُنْتُمْ في بُرُوجٍ مُشَيَّدَةٍ وَ إِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ حَسَنَةٌ يَقُولُوا هذِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ‌ وَ إِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَقُولُوا هذِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ قُلْ كُلٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ‌ فَما لِهؤُلاءِ الْقَوْمِ لا يَكادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ حَديثاً
“Wherever you may be, death will overtake you, even if you should be within towers of lofty construction. And if good befalls them, they say, ‘This is from Allah’; but if evil befalls them, they say, ‘This is from you.’ Say, ‘All [things] are from Allah.’ So what is [the matter] with those people that they can hardly understand any statement?” (Qur’an 4:78)

✍️ Wilayah Narrations

✅ Imam Husayn (peace be upon him) 💬 When leaving Madinah, he said to the believing jinn: “If I remain in Madinah, how will people be tested? And who will rest in the sacred land of Karbala — that land which Allah has chosen for me and made a refuge for my Shia?” Then he recited this verse: “Wherever you may be, death will overtake you…” 📚 Tafsir Ahl al-Bayt, v.3 | Bihar al-Anwar, v.44

✅ The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) 💬 “Fear none but Allah; for death will overtake you even in the strongest towers.” 📚 Mustadrak al-Wasa’il, v.12 | Makārim al-Akhlāq

✅ Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him) 💬 “When hypocrites were blessed, they attributed it to Allah, but if they suffered hardship, they blamed the Prophet or Imam Ali (a.s). Yet all is within the grasp of Allah’s decree.” 📚 Bihar, v.31 | Tafsir Ahl al-Bayt, v.3

🌟 Wilayah Perspective

🔹 This verse reminds the believer to fully submit to divine decree — whether in comfort or calamity. Death, fate, and destiny cannot be avoided, not even in fortified towers.
🔹 The hypocrites’ habit of crediting good to Allah but blaming the Prophet for hardship exposes their deep hypocrisy and ignorance of the truth of Wilayah.

✨ Mahdawi Perspective

🔸 In Ashura narrations, this verse connects to the philosophy of Imam Husayn’s (a.s) uprising: even had he stayed in Madinah, the decree of his martyrdom in Karbala would have come to pass — making Karbala the sanctuary for the Shia and the sign of loyalty for the companions of Imam Mahdi (aj).
🔸 Shia know that the sacred land of Karbala and the martyrdom of Husayn (a.s) sowed the seeds for the awaited uprising — a divine destiny that will always bear fruit.

✅ Wilayah & Mahdawi Conclusion

✔️ No fortress in this world can prevent Allah’s decree.
✔️ The willingness to embrace martyrdom with Husayn (a.s) and the Awaited Mahdi (aj) is conscious submission to that decree.
✔️ The true believer attributes both blessing and trial to the wisdom of Allah, not to shallow blame or ignorance.
