For nearly two centuries, the Rockefeller Foundation has played a central role in shaping policies of food, health, and population control. After reviewing its history in agriculture and medicine, we now turn to one of its closest partners: the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

This report exposes how Gates’ involvement in vaccines and food is not independent innovation, but rather a continuation of Rockefeller’s long-term agenda.

🏛 Rockefeller’s Early Role

Since the early 20th century, Rockefeller programs in agriculture, health, education, and social sciences reshaped global systems.

In 1980, the WHO launched the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), but soon struggled financially.

In 1984, Rockefeller convened an international meeting in Bellagio, Italy, launching global immunization initiatives for children.

By the mid-1980s, immunization rates reached 80% in some regions, but donor fatigue caused decline in the 1990s.

💡 From CVI to GAVI

To address the decline, Rockefeller helped create the Children’s Vaccine Initiative (CVI) in 1990 with UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, and the World Bank.
🎯 The CVI’s ultimate goal: a one-dose oral vaccine easily administered to children in developing countries, stable without refrigeration, and widely distributable.

Rockefeller invested millions of dollars into this initiative, but funding shortages persisted.

🤝 Enter Bill Gates

Although the Gates Foundation publicly traces its origins to 1997, Rockefeller’s own archives show Gates’ involvement as early as 1994.

In 1999, another Bellagio summit gathered Rockefeller, Gates Foundation, WHO, World Bank, and UNICEF officials.

The outcome: replace CVI with a stronger, more centralized body.

In 2000, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) was born.

🔍 The Hidden Hand of Rockefeller

Interestingly, the official GAVI website omits Rockefeller’s role, despite Rockefeller itself declaring:

“GAVI is part of our operational initiatives, continuing programs we began in the early 20th century.”

Rockefeller describes its contributions as:

1. Funding vaccine research.
2. Developing distribution & stabilization methods.
3. Promoting collaboration between governments, NGOs, and manufacturers.
4. Shaping global vaccine markets to remain “affordable.”

This follows the same model Rockefeller pioneered a century ago in its hookworm eradication campaigns.

⚠️ Why It Matters

Gates is often celebrated as a visionary, but his foundation’s work in food and vaccines is a direct extension of Rockefeller’s blueprint.

GAVI represents not only a health initiative but also a mechanism of global influence, ensuring that nations remain dependent on Western-controlled vaccine supply chains.

The omission of Rockefeller’s role on GAVI’s site highlights deliberate narrative management—concealing the continuity of power.
