Your advice to the army will be of no avail, unless and until you show #affection to both men and officers, in order that they might not regard the #Government as an oppressive burden or contribute to its downfall.
โจContinue to satisfy their needs and praise them over and over again for what services they have rendered. Such an attitude, God willing will inspire the brave to braver actions and induce the timid to deeds of bravery.
โจTry to enter into the #feelings of others and do not foist the mistake of one over another and do not grudge dispensing appropriate rewards. See to it, you do not show favours to one who has done nothing but merely counts on his family position; and do not withhold proper rewards from one who has done #great #deeds simply because he holds a low position in life.

3. Verse 3 of Surah An-Nabaโ
Verse:
ุงูููุฐูู ููู ู ููููู ู ูุฎูุชูููููููู
Translation:
Concerning which they differ.
Brief Tafsir (Commentary):
The fact that there is disagreement about this Great News highlights its importance and the sensitivity surrounding it. While some have interpreted it as referring to the concept of the Hereafter, the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) have revealed a deeper truth: the disagreement lies in the issue of Wilayah (divine authority).
Wilayah Perspective:
After the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) passing, the Muslim community became divided over the issue of Ali ibn Abi Talib's (peace be upon him) Wilayah. This division marked the beginning of numerous deviations and fitnas (strifes). This verse clearly points to the foundational disagreement over the rightful authority.
Mahdavi Perspective:
Today, the difference of opinion about the acceptance of the Wilayah of Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) continues. He is the continuation of the same Wilayah, with some denying it and others wholeheartedly accepting it. In the era of the appearance of Imam Mahdi, this disagreement will come to an end.
