Subluxation part 1
☆☆التعريف (diffination)⤵
هو عبارة عن injruy يحصل في الانسجة الداعمة للأسنان (supporting structure )
نتيجة ل حدوث truma

☆☆فينتج عن ذالك أمرين: ⤵
1 زيادة في tooth mobility
2و يحدث نزيف bleeding من sulcular
لكن لا يحدتdisplace لسن

☆☆ماذا نرى في المريض ؟؟( visual signs) :⤵⤵

<<<tooth not displace but sulcular bleeding is noted >>>

بمعنى نرى هناك bleeding رغم ان postion السن لايتغير بمعنى لم تحدث (displac) لسن
رغم ان mobility في سن ملحوظة ولنشخص ذالك اكثر نستخدم بعض الاختبارات منها ⤵
✔ Percussion test:
تكون tender ل percussion

✔Mobility test :
تكون هناك mobility كما ذكرنا سابقا

✔ cold pulp test and electric pulp test :
في 50% من الحالات تكون النتيجة <+>
والبعض الاخر لا تكون هناك استجابة وهذا يدل في أغلب الاحيان الى حدوث
( transient pulp injure)
ويزيد من risk لحدوث
(future pulp nicrosis )
وبالإضافة لهذا فإن هذا الإختبار يساعدنا
في :↙↙
assessing the risk of healing complication .

Mangament 🚩
الSubluxation عادتا لا يحتاج الى علاج
ولكن اذا كان المريض يعاني من
( classll mobility)
هنا يجب إجراء إجراء التالي :
1 clean area with salin
2place flexible splint for 2 week but make sure that splint not extend to gingiva
هذا يعني أن نقوم بتنظيف المنطقة المصابة ب salin ومن ثم نضع (flexibl splint ) لمدة أسبوعين ويجب اتأكد من ان splint لا يمتد إلى gingiva 🚩

Patient instruction 🚩
1 نطلب من المريض أن يأكل soft food فقط لمدة أسبوع
2 نطلب من المريض أن يستخدم( soft bristled tooth brush) لتنظيف أسنانه بعد كل وجبة
3 ان يستخدم( chlrohexidine mouth rinse 0.12% )لمدة أسبوع
