هناك عدة طرق لعمل هذا التبعيد اليوم سنتحدث عن #خيوط_التبعيد retraction cord .

في البداية #لا_يوجد قياس من الخيوط #مناسب لكل الحالات
1- يجب تقيم صحة اللثة وسلامتها #وتقيم_عمق_الميزاب_اللثوي لتحديد #قطر الخيط المناسب . عندما يكون عمق الميزاب اللثوي #قليل عندها يجب استخدام #تقنية_الخيط_المفرد وغالبا خيط رفيع 00 أو 0 .
عندما يكون الميزاب اللثوي #عميق يمكن استخدام تقنية #الخيط_المزدوج .
Evaluate the health of the gingiva and the depth of the sulcus. Select a diameter that looks like it will fit. If there is minimal sulcus depth, it will only accommodate a single cord technique and probably only a thin cord 0 - 00 . A deeper sulcus with healthy tissue accommodates a double cord technique
2- يتم تطبيق الخيط الرفيع 00 أو 000 أولا بحيث يتم ادخاله برفق #لعمق الميزاب اللثوي لما بعد منطقة السن المحضر بحيث يعمل على #ايقاف النزيف و نضح السائل الميزابي ويعمل #تبعيد_عمودي للحواف اللثوية .
Twist the first cord very tightly and loop it around the preparation. Overlap slightly and gently tuck it down beneath the shoulder of the prep
3 يتم دك الخيط الأثخن 1 أو 2 بشكل سطحي ضمن الميزاب اللثوي بحيث يعمل على #تبعيد الحواف اللثوية #أفقيا .
Next, twist the second cord 1 - 2 tightly and repeat the process.
4- أترك الخيط في مكانه لمدة 3 - 5 دقائق .
Leave the cords in place three to five minutes
5- نقوم بترطيب الخيط قليلا لكي لا يلتصق بالنسج اللثوية ويسبب النزف و ننزع الخيط الثخين ونحافظ على الخيط الرفيع ضمن الميزاب اللثوي .
the cord should be wetted with water so it won’t grab and tear the tissues when it is removed, creating more bleeding
5- بمجرد نزع الخيط يجب حقن المادة الطابعة ضمن الميزاب فالتبعيد لن يبقى أكثر من 30 ثانية .
Once the cord is removed, the retraction is maintained for 30 seconds. Be prepared to begin immediate syringing of your impression
