This temple is not under Islamic occupation. It is an ancient Math situated at Omkareshwar which was probably built in the 12th century during the time of the Paramara Rajputs.
This temple is located in Omkareshwar, Khandwa Dist., Madhya Pradesh.But There are many ruins temples here.
