This is 1500 year old Varah temple in Deogharh Lalitpur. It comes under ASI but any conservation efforts have not done except boundary wall and little gate without any gaurd.

Devotees have cleared the premises of Thalakkadkavu temple ruins in Malappuram Kerala. The temple was destroyed during invasion of Hyder Ali many centuries back and temple lying in ruins ever since.
Devaprashnam will be conducted this month Dec 2020, to determine the nature of Deity and to firm up restoration plan.
This temple will be restored by UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust.
