Mahāmaheśvarācārya Abhinavagupta Institute of Tantra and Āgama will start functioning from the Vasant Panchami on 5th February 2022, with the inauguration ceremony scheduled on 8 PM .

During 1921 Moplah riots, the family taking care of Cholakkara temple didn't leave inspite of the Jihadi threats.

The youngest daughter was then violated by jihadis and to save the honour, the family migrated.

Temple was then destroyed, it remains in ruins even after a century.

We are trying to reclaim and revive this ancient temple in Malappuram district of Kerala.

In the case of Quwwat ul Islam Masjid, its easy to distinguish the original temple structures and later ugly additions. Instead of demolishing the temple, they defaced the sculptures and renamed the temple as Quwwat ul Islam Masjid.

The Kaliyapatti Temple, a temple of antiquity dating back to the 9th century, also goes by the name of ஓட்டக்கோவில்/Ottakovil translating to to the temple that is damaged. Though the temple is under ASI protection, the state of the temple is quite disheartening.
