A strong boundary wall is being built to protect the temple and its properties. This will also protect the land from encroachment.

The Indian state doesn't have a problem with halal slaughter of millions of animals, neither the export of meat for foreigners; but has a problem with animal sacrifices that happens once a year in most temples.

Aiding the govt are those who will soon make India another Tibet.

The foundation work of Cholakkara Durga temple in Malappuram started soon after the Shilanyas on 19 Nov 23.

The foundation had got affected due to roots of trees and due to a century in ruins after 1921 Moplah riots.

The purpose of temples is for the spiritual strength of the society which may also result in attainment of wordly pursuits.

Chennakeshava Temple also called Vijayanarayana Temple of Belur was commissioned by King Vishnuvardhana in 1117 CE. The temple was built over three generations and took 103 years to finish.

The temple stands tall inspite of repeated attacks and destruction by Islamic invaders, as successive Hindu Kings rebuilt and repaired the temple after defeating the barbarians.

Visited stone quarries in Karnataka to source granite stones for temple work.

There are enough granite stones, skilled Hindu artisans available to enable restoration of thousands of Hindu temples lying in ruins across Bharat.

Availability of heavy machines will also simplify and fasten the whole process of restoration. Its cost effective, since the stones will last centuries with minimum maintenance.

What we propose is to restore the Garbagriha of every temple and restart worship. The outer temple and subsidiary shrines can be made later, based on local patronage and based on income of the temple. The intricate and ornate designs that take time can also be used in later stages and subsequent additions.

Now its upto the society whether its able to support multiple projects running in parallel.

Malik Kafur tried to destroy the Chennakeshava Temple, Belur.

Temple again became target in 1326 CE by Delhi Sultanate army. Madurai Sultanate also tried to destroy this temple.

However, temple remained in active worship from time of consecration in 1117 CE.
