India as of now is perched on a corrupt colonial system of governance and a broken legal system that cant dispense justice.

This is exactly the reason why #ReclaimTemples or any other just cause becomes difficult.

The solution is to create a new Republic where Dharma or the principles of natural justice reigns supreme above all. Theoretically this is possible.

The Constitution of India has never been ratified by the people of Bharat. The people of Bharat should be given a choice to adopt a new Constitution or ratify the existing one. When the people adopts a new Constitution, all the old institutions along with their powers will become void.

In the place of a British India , a new nation will rise which can give justice to everyone. Practically this will be a Triumph of the Will.
