UgraNarasimha scholarships of Rs 10,001 were given to two meritorious students Krishnapriya CR and Sreerag Sivan as part of the Shilanyas ceremonies at Odappallam Kirata ShivaParvati temple in Wayanad.

This will aid the efforts for community development along with Heritage restoration and conservation.

The work of the sacred well of the ancient Odappallam Kirata Shiva temple is going on. Due to loose soil, sides had to be reinforced with concrete.

The water from the well will be used for the abhisheka of Lord Shiva and Parvati.
