The Claimants' Case Before the Court
On 22 October 2026, attorney Peter W.H. Stassen addressed the District Court of the Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden, presenting a forceful statement on behalf of the claimants in their civil proceedings against Bill Gates and the other defendants.
In his address, Stassen challenged the defendants' positions on Covid-19, the Great Reset and the safety of Covid-19 injections, drawing upon documentary exhibits and evidence submitted by the claimants' international experts.
He argued that the defendants' alleged deception constituted unlawful conduct under Dutch civil law, addressing the legal requirements for liability, including causation and the harm suffered by his clients.

Europe just legislated the end of financial freedom and nobody noticed.
January 2027: Every euro above €10,000 becomes illegal tender. Every Bitcoin needs government permission. Every transaction becomes a datapoint in Brussels’ surveillance grid.

The EU Anti-Money Laundering package doesn’t just track criminals. It treats every citizen as one. Starting 2027, buying a car in cash becomes a crime. Sending €1,001 in Bitcoin without state approval triggers prosecution. Anonymous wallets vanish overnight.
The Digital Euro arrives 2029. The European Central Bank spent €1.3 billion building what they call freedom. But leaked proposals cap holdings at €3,000 per person. Every purchase tracked. Every pattern analyzed. Every dissent potentially bankable.
THE LIE THEY’RE SELLING
“This stops money laundering.” Europe launders €500 billion yearly, they claim. So they’re building a panopticon for 340 million people to catch the fraction who commit crimes.
China’s digital yuan already programs money to expire, to restrict, to control. The ECB promises Europe will be different.
They promised deposit safety in Cyprus too. Then they seized accounts in 2013.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Privacy coins migrate to the shadows. Black markets replace grey ones. The state gains omniscience. You lose the right to buy bread without permission.
This isn’t about crime. It’s about power. €20 trillion flows through the eurozone. Every cent will soon require approval from Frankfurt.
The infrastructure of tyranny gets built in the name of safety. Always.
THE CLOCK IS RUNNING
847 days until your cash becomes contraband. 1,308 days until the Digital Euro launches. Zero days of mainstream coverage asking the only question that matters:
Who decides what you’re allowed to buy when money becomes permission?

I’m convinced there are yet others who we don’t know who direct events. Not that this matters. None of us would do different things if a different set of names were to be revealed to us as the driving force of budding dictatorship.
It’s important to become aware of the extraordinarily powerful role private banking makes to world events. Suavek does a better job than I did in a swift comment in laying out the evidence for a multidecade push for a money rules based system across the world.

I was struggling to understand the logic of internet linking supermarket freezers to even make it possible to hack into the control system and force defrost maximum temperature to destroy the food.
After half an hour, I discovered that it’s not possible. The individual cabinets can be remotely controlled to an extent but a forced defrost beyond normal limits triggers a protective response from the cabinet to reject the instruction as invalid and fires off several alarms, both email, system and local.
Just as I’d expected.
We’re being lied to again.

A video worth watching, reflecting on and sharing. An important reminder to remain informed, question authority and protect fundamental rights.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich publicly challenged COVID-era policies, institutional decision-making, the use of public funds and the accountability of those exercising power. He raised questions that affect not only individuals but humanity as a whole.
His supporters maintain that his prosecution has been politically motivated. Whatever one’s position on his arguments or conviction, the legal process, proportionality of punishment, detention conditions and fundamental human rights must remain open to independent scrutiny.
Standing up for the rights of one person today helps protect the rights of everyone tomorrow. No institution should be beyond accountability, and no individual should be denied justice because their views challenge those in authority.
His case is a reminder that truth must be established through evidence, justice through the rule of law, and freedom through the protection of fundamental rights.
Watch, reflect, question and remain vigilant. Humanity must come first.

🚨 UPDATE REINER FUELLMICH!
Reiner has let us know that he has finally received a large portion of his clothing; the warm jacket is especially important, as he can now wear it during his one-hour outdoor activity.
While most inmates in this special unit are only allowed their one-hour outdoor activity individually, Reiner is able to do it every day with three or four other inmates.
He has received three of his five law books and also his typewriter (which was damaged, but still works, more or less!).
Unfortunately, Reiner has not yet received his important documents, and he estimates there are about 1,500 pages.
For this reason, Reiner is quite hampered in preparing his defense!
He also hasn’t received his sports gear yet and is therefore not allowed to exercise.
However, he said that he works out a little during his free hour.
He also hasn’t received his personal bedding and towels yet.
🚨 Important: He hasn’t been given his blood pressure monitor yet, even though he has requested it five times already!
