Après le rassemblement de samedi 30 novembre 2024 en soutien à Reiner Fuellmich, organisé devant le siège de l'ONU à Genève (Suisse), je me suis entretenue avec Kerstin Heusinger, journaliste indépendante qui couvre les audiences au Tribunal depuis le début du procès et qui est en contact régulier avec les avocats de Reiner.
Me Reiner Fuellmich est l'avocat qui a déposé et a aidé à déposer des plaintes dans plusieurs pays pour crime contre l'humanité (Allemagne, Canada, Afrique du Sud, Inde) et qui a organisé en février 2022 le Tribunal populaire "Grand Jury", pour exposer les dirigeants, les organisateurs, les instigateurs et les complices qui ont aidé, encouragé ou participé activement à la pandémie de Covid-19, comme Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, Christian Drosten (le promoteur du test PCR).
Me Reiner Fuellmich, avocat à Göttingen, est en détention provisoire depuis plus d'un an, après avoir été enlevé au Mexique puis arrêté à l'aéroport de Francfort le 13 octobre 2023. En Allemagne, la durée maximale d'une détention provisoire ne doit en principe pas excéder 6 mois (§ 121, al. 1, Code de procédure pénale). « Aucune raison particulière ou importante ne justifie la prolongation de la détention provisoire au-delà de 6 mois », a déclaré l'avocate Katja Wörmer dans un communiqué aux Avocats pour la Transparence en octobre 2024.
Me Reiner Fuellmich a été littéralement enlevé du Mexique, où il séjournait alors. Il n'existait qu'un mandat d'arrêt allemand et un mandat d'arrêt européen contre lui. Une longue procédure d'extradition internationale devait être contournée. À cette fin, le parquet de Göttingen a travaillé en étroite collaboration avec des agents de liaison du LKA Interpol de Basse-Saxe et de l'Office fédéral de la police criminelle, présents sur place au Mexique.
À la prison de Rosdorf, Reiner Fuellmich vit sous un régime de torture depuis plus d'un an, alors qu'il n'a commis aucun crime. Il est isolé de tous les autres détenus. Les promenades quotidiennes dans la cour doivent être effectuées seul, et toute conversation ou autre forme de contact avec les autres détenus lui est strictement interdite. Les appels téléphoniques avec ses avocats ne sont autorisés que lorsque les autres détenus de son étage se trouvent dans leurs cellules. Les visites privées sont limitées à 3 heures/mois.

• Parler de Reiner Fuellmich et des conditions inhumaines de sa détention
• Signer la pétition pour le soutenir
• Signer la lettre ouverte pour le libérer
• Lui écrire des lettres ou des cartes postales (mais pas de livres, ils ne sont pas transmis à Reiner)
