Voilà 31 mois que notre ami Reiner Fuellmich est prisonnier politique en Allemagne. Il a 68 ans aujourd'hui.

🔴 Rappel :
Me Reiner Fuellmich a été kidnappé au Mexique le 13 octobre 2023 puis emprisonné illégalement en Allemagne. Reiner a été condamné le 24.04.25 à trois ans et neuf mois de prison ferme. Cinq mois de détention provisoire ne seront pas déduits de sa peine. Cela veut dire qu'il est censé rester en prison jusqu'à au moins février 2027 ...
Reiner Fuellmich est le cofondateur du Comité Corona (Corona Investigative Committee), est détenu depuis 2 ans en détention provisoire, poursuivi pour détournement de fonds présumé. Fuellmich semble être surtout poursuivi en raison de son travail de mise en lumière des fraudes liées au Covid-19 et de ses tentatives internationales de lancer une action collective en justice.
À la suite du jugement rendu en sa défaveur en avril 2025 par le tribunal de Göttingen, Fuellmich a été transféré de la prison de Rosdorf, où il était détenu dans des conditions particulièrement dures, vers l’établissement pénitentiaire de Bremervörde, aux conditions plus souples. Ce transfert pourrait, selon toute vraisemblance, avoir coïncidé avec des démarches entreprises auprès des Nations unies (ONU), notamment deux demandes adressées respectivement au Groupe de travail sur la détention arbitraire et au Rapporteur spécial sur la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants.

It's been 31 months since our friend Reiner Fuellmich has been a political prisoner in Germany. He is 68 years old today.
