The basic rules of RNode safe operation

🔃 Our Relictum blockchain ecosystem is a distributed system without any single server, and that means that the responsibility for your personal assets and data safety is entirely up to you. We used to rely on the magical “Forgot your password?” button to restore access to your account, but this is not possible in a decentralized blockchain network, therefore, it is very important for you to follow four basic rules:

1️⃣ RULE No.1 Be sure to remember your password, or even better, write it down and keep it in some safe place, since it is impossible to recover your password.

2️⃣ RULE No.2 Be sure to remember your PIN code, or even better, write it down and keep it in some safe place, since it is impossible to recover your PIN code.

3️⃣ RULE No.3 Keep your private key in a file with a pk. extension.

4️⃣ RULE No.4 A private key is a one-time use! If you have already used it once, you must immediately generate a new one, otherwise, you will not be able to restore access to your funds later.

👍 That's all! It is not difficult at all to follow these basic rules, but keeping them guarantees the safety of your funds!

How to transfer node to another device

❓ Is your smartphone broken or lost, or do you want to replace it with a new one, or maybe you no longer want to work with the Relictum node on your smartphone, but do everything on your PC? You need to transfer your node to another device.

ℹ️ Your Relictum Pro account is tied to the device on which you installed the application and registered in the system, so simply downloading a new installation file and logging into your account with your username and password on another device will not work. You can transfer the node with your private key.

🗂 The procedure for transferring a node to another device

1️⃣ When creating an account in Relictum Pro, the application also creates a private key (a sequence of 232 letters and numbers), which must be saved either as a file in *.pk format, or as a text document, or written down on paper. This key is required to restore access and transfer your account to another device.

2️⃣ If you forget where your private key is, or it is lost, you must generate a new one. To do this, go to the “Settings” menu on the bottom panel of the node, then select “Export” and set a PIN code (required to decrypt the key, also must be saved or kept in mind).

3️⃣ Next, download the installation file on the new device (link), and after installation is complete, select “Import” (private key) in the authorization menu. Enter your PIN code and character sequence - the key, either by importing it from a file or by writing it manually from the keyboard.

✔️ If you did everything correctly, your node will be transferred to the new device, but it will be lost on the old one.

❗️ The private key is one-time use. If you have already used it, the key becomes inactive, and you need to immediately generate a new one. It is better to store several copies of this key in different places.

What to do if the transaction failed?

🪙 Transactions with tokens are a fast and convenient way to transfer your assets anywhere in the world. Transactions within the Relictum network go instantly and without commission, however, like any other system, there are failures here, for example, when converting USDR to USDT, transferring GTN to Lbank, withdrawing BTC, ETH, LTC. So, we will look at the procedure in case the transaction does not go through.

🤔 Why does this happen?
The transaction may fail for various reasons, for example, the commission takes bigger part of the transaction amount, or there was a failure in the network at the time of the transfer. But anyway, there is a standard procedure to follow in such cases.

⁉️ What to do?
Any transaction on the network is recorded in the register, and you can check its status in Relictum Explorer. To quickly find the transaction you need, use your account ID, select an asset and view the latest transactions on it. Once you have found the transaction, copy its hash (a unique identifier for the transaction on the network), which consists of numbers and letters.

What determines the amount of staking reward?

🤔 This is a question that interests all stakeholders without exception.

❗️ We remind you that staking is a way to generate income from a blockchain network that operates based on the Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm and its options, for example the Proof of Tsar protocol in Relictum Pro.

Thus, there are several factors influencing the amount of remuneration from the network:

1️⃣ Total income of the blockchain network. The system makes money on commissions: for exchanges and transfers of assets, for creating tokens, uploading files in storage, etc. Accordingly, the more of these operations, the greater the reward stakeholders will receive. This is the most significant factor.

2️⃣ Number of tokens in staking. Just like with a deposit in a bank, the more funds you deposit, the greater the reward you will receive, while the percentage of profit does not change.

3️⃣ Staking period. In the Relictum Staking you can stake for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. Again, just like in the case of bank deposit in a bank, the longer the term, the higher the profitability.

Where to get GTN tokens?

🪙 This post is for beginners who are just mastering the Relictum Pro ecosystem and getting acquainted with its basic functions. So, where to get GTN tokens?

Currently, Relictum Pro users have two possible options:

1️⃣ On the decentralized exchange Relictum DEX. The process is described in detail here. To do this, you will need USDR stable tokens. This post describes in detail the process of purchasing them.

2️⃣ On the centralized exchange Lbank. You will find detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do this here.

How to upload a file to storage

📊 Relictum Node has a decentralized storage in which you can safely and securely store your documents, photos and other files - Relictum Storage.

➡️ How to upload a file to storage? It's simple:

1️⃣ Run the Relictum Node application and log in.
2️⃣ Go to the Products tab and select Relictum Storage there
3️⃣ Next, at the bottom of the screen, click the Create button, then the window for selecting a file to upload will open.
4️⃣ Next appears a dialog with a file description (name, short description, password) - these are optional parameters and you may not specify them if you wish.
5️⃣ After that, click the Download button, the system will notify you about the fee for storing the file 0.0001 USDR for each MB.
So you will pay only $1 per year for storing 10 GB of data in the blockchain.
6️⃣ That's it, the file has been downloaded, it now appears in the list of files in your storage.

How to transfer GTN tokens from a node to the LBank exchange and vice versa?

Dear crypto community!

As you know, our tokens are traded on the LBank exchange. And in order to buy or sell them, GTN has to be transferred to the exchange, or withdrawn it to a node.

🤔 How to do this?

➡️To withdraw tokens from a node to the exchange:

1️⃣ In your LBank account, go to the “Wallet” section, then select “Deposit”. In the search box, type "GTN".

2️⃣ Next, the system will give you an address to top up your balance in GTN. This is a set of 32 characters. Copy it.

3️⃣ Open your Relictum Node app. On the main screen or in the Crypto section, click your GTN balance. Then go to “Tranfer” menu. In the “Address” field, insert the address received at Lbank (32 characters), enter the amount and click “Transfer”.

➡️ To transfer tokens from the exchange to a node:

1️⃣ In your LBank account, go to the “Wallet” section, then select “Withdrawal”. In the search box, type "GTN".

2️⃣ Next, enter your wallet address on the node. In the node application in the wallet, select “GTN” and click “Deposit”. You will see a set of 32 characters. Copy it.

3️⃣ Paste the copied address into the address line to withdraw funds to Lbank. Specify the amount to transfer and click on “Confirm”.

How to stake GTN tokens?

🤔 Our post today is for those who want to stake their GTN tokens, but don’t know how to do it.

🗂 So, to become a Relictum Pro stakeholder, you must complete the following steps:

1️⃣ You must have a Relictum Pro node with GTN tokens on your balance.

2️⃣ Log in to the node application. Next, go to Products – Staking. This dialog indicates the time of the next remuneration payment for stakeholders.

3️⃣Click on the Add new stake button. In this dialog select the amount of coins to be staked and the period (1,3,6, or 12 months) of staking.

❗️ The longer is the staking period, the greater is your reward.

4️⃣ Click Add new stake.

How to create your own token in Relictum Node

⁉️ So, you want to create your own token and don’t know how to do that?

🔷 You do not need any programmers and a huge budget to do that; with Relictum Token it takes a couple of clicks to create a new asset! All you need is Relictum Node and 20 USDR.

So, in order to create your own token in Relictum Node:

1️⃣ In Relictum Node, go to the “Products” section, select Relictum Token.
2️⃣ Next, set all the parameters of the future coin: name, short name, symbol, start and end dates of the token sale, number of tokens to be issued, bounty, and coin price.
3️⃣ Then the system informs you about the commission for creating a new token - 20 USDR will be charged from your account.
