CI/CD Platform Engineer at Scorewarrior
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Full-time, on-site work

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our CI/CD Platform Team.
Our mission is to turn a set of historical TeamCity and GitLab CI pipelines into a unified, reliable and developer-friendly CI/CD platform that lets product teams ship quickly, safely and predictably.
Today our CI already includes 30+ pipelines and 1,000+ TeamCity build configurations, plus a growing number of GitLab CI pipelines.
Job requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps, or CI/CD Engineer in complex engineering environments.
• Deep expertise with GitLab CI/CD and/or TeamCity (Kotlin DSL, runners/agents, autoscaling, caching).
• Strong grasp of build systems, artifact management, caching, and dependency optimization.
• Experience with Docker, K8s.
• Strong experience with scripting language (we are using Python, Kotlin, Bash, PowerShell) and proficiency with Git and trunk‑based development.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication; you can drive org‑wide adoption with clear docs, RFCs, and migration guidance.
• Ownership mindset focused on developer experience and end‑to‑end delivery flow.
• B1 and higher level of English.

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for in-house developed AI platform and public cloud-based platforms like AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Open AI.
Design, develop & maintain efficient, scalable, and robust platform that power real-time and batch AI workloads/apps, support AI and machine learning workloads, and ensure the platform's long-term viability. Design and develop application frameworks to enable the rapid deployment and development of advanced analytics solutions and platforms. Drive the adoption of best practices within the team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years in the Banking/Finance or technology sector, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML technologies.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML engineering or data science, including building and deploying models and platforms.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with DevOps/CI/CD practices and 5 years of experience managing teams of 10+ FTEs/contractors.
- Deep technical knowledge in modern AI architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and scalable AI serving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with an Agile mindset.
Highly Desirable:
-Experience with GPU management (cloud/on-prem), vector databases, and AI agent development.
- Professional certifications in relevant cloud or AI technologies.
