Price facing a strong D1 21 EMA resistance at approximately $39700 and a daily candle closure will possibly clear out things further. Expecting a somewhat scenario like the one drawn on the chart again ONLY after a successful breakout because currently breakout is not yet confirmed.

We may retest the previous minor support at approximately $38900 or the major D3 200 EMA support again if we reject from here so need to watch carefully how price will be reacting to this resistance.

Price followed our previous plan of breakout and rejected from the resistance zone marked. Next possible scenario can be price retracing a bit towards $39300 (+- $400) level approximately.

We could then possibly see a move upwards to the next resistance at $42000 if price manages to hold above the D1 21 EMA support.

Unfortunately we had to take slight losses in February. As a consequence we extended all of our members for the whole month.
