#BTC Update

BTC is still choppy and not easy to predict, we're currently in a desceding channel that looks like a bull flag, but since dominance is still low for BTC we can spend more time on this slow down before breaking up.

It's not important to try to time BTC currently, as money is still in ALTS

Levels are clear :
Bullish to 50-51K minimum if we go above 485xx
Bearish if we loose 46K ( will update if it's the case )

Don't get caught on the chop between these two levels, be prepared for what will happen once one of them will break.

#BTC Update :

Monday sell off !

It's the very first time that we hit the range high on all the exchanges since we broke it to the upside.
Today's low also made a sweep of the lows on big tf's ( https://www.tradingview.com/x/aLWXQ4LK/ )

As long as we're above the range high, things are not lost yet for Bitcoin.

Usually Monday sell offs are reverted during the week, adding the range high retest and the sweep of all last lows hunting a lot of stops, we can easily go up in the coming days.

But BTC is heavily affected by global markets currently so I will just observe for now as there's no need to act like a fish and put money on setups that can be affected by other factors than my own analysis.

#BTC Update (2) :

Bearish points :

Lower Low + two chirurgical rejections from two big supply zones ( Red Dots )

Bullish points :

Sweep of all last lows made above range high + retest of range high and vaue area high + D1 200EMA is just below ( support )

Bearish scenario validation :

Back to range, loosing D1 EMA200.

Bullish scenario validation :

Accumulate / close above range and start grinding higher by reclaiming 4HR 200EMA on lower tf's.

#BTC Update :

Mentioned on the last BTC update our bullish points " Sweep of all last lows made above range high + retest of range high and vaue area high + D1 200EMA is just below ( support ) "

And we're actually holding all of them, sweep of the lows has been made with a candle going down into the May-Aug range liquidating a lot of positions that have been opened with a stop below 40K, and closing above the range ( positive )
We also had the D1 200EMA retest which is a must hold area.

Now we have met our bullish points but we didn't get any confirmation to estimate this setup as valid.

I said on the update above that our bullish validation would be " Accumulate / close above range and start grinding higher by reclaiming 4HR 200EMA on lower tf's. " It's still the best case. https://www.tradingview.com/x/zrgGCdnO/

However we can try to predict it before it happens by looking for bottom signs on the chart, for example what can be a good scenario with a nice R:R is a move back to 41-42k targetting 48-50k. https://www.tradingview.com/x/kriHoQqa/

#BTC Update :

Still holding the D1 EMA200 + D1 MA300 and range high, we can conclude that BTC is still in the bullish territory.

Price action is one of the worst you can get to trade, a lot of scam candles especially on the lower time frames.

Still not in a rush to take a trade, and happy that we didn't as we had a drag down today to punish longs followed by a push up to punish shorts.

Maybe that this coming week will give us some chances to grab profits, expecting an obvious hard move after this consolidation.

BTC has a double support here with the ascending line and the range low, if this market wasn't driven by other factors than crypto I'd go for some buys here. But we're highly affected and correlated to Dollar and Gold movements, that's why I'm still keeping my money in stable coins.

Breaking out from resistance right now, and we have big chances to close daily above it which is again bad for BTC.

Conclusion :

BTC chart is the opposite of DXY chart, avoid giving your profits back to the market as you can't know when this will move back and give us some volatility.

#DXY Update

Dollar finally met the first zone I marked, looking for a rejection at 94.63 which can give some fresh air for BTC to move up.

I like how PA developed in BTC today compared to DXY today's PA. As BTC is pumping/holding current levels while DXY is breaking up, an early possible reversal sign.

Note that Dollar is in a zone where a high time frame rejection or breakout above 94.63 could mean a lot for BTC Crypto and all the other markets.

#BTC Dominance Update :

As expected, ALTS taking back the satoshis they gave, hope you decreased a lot your exposition on them.
4hr 200EMA was acting as resistance lately and now we have a perfect breakout and retest above it, next tp for dominance 43.5-44.5%.

#BTC Update :

Tempted to long aiming for range high first but we have to wait more and stick to our plan or play only a big confirmation like a sudden sweep of lows followed by a good buying volume.

- DXY ( https://www.tradingview.com/x/Z2WKlSHt/ ) showing a bit of weakness wish helped BTC to move above mid of actual range.
- S&P500 ( https://www.tradingview.com/x/Kp510uq9/ ) 4hr 200EMA acting as support since June 2020, breaking it will be bearish and we will most likely get to the D1 200EMA. ( S&P500 also has a correlation with BTC )

Good thing is that while S&P500 was dipping today BTC remained strong, we can't know yet if it's really a signal of strength or BTC will just follow with some lagging.
If DXY moves bearish in the coming hours and BTC holds above mid range ( 42.5/43k ) we can see some good bounces on ALTS and hopefully trade some setups.
