On the Crypto Eats Events
First of foremost we would like to apologize to all our members for the sponsored Crypto Eats posts that were made in the Rocket Wallet Signals Channel. We have been made aware that withdrawing/swapping EATS tokens is impossible and people invested in the project are now stuck with the tokens. Apparently the team is claiming to have been scammed by the developers themselves. It is important to us to clarify right away that we are not involved in the scheme, but we made a mistake and got tricked ourselves by their elaborate scam. At the time of writing we are not sure what actually happened in detail, as the events are still unfolding and different versions of the situation are circulating. We will follow it closely in the next days.

Rocket Wallet Signals receives requests for sponsored ads on a daily basis and rejects almost all of them, mainly because there are almost no projects that can be fully verified and approved, and because we want to avoid being involved in a situation like we are facing right now. In the last months, we posted almost no ads on our channel, and it turns out that was the right decision.

In the case of Crypto Eats, we were misled by their professional marketing campaign and their legit appearance over the last few days, involving posts in major crypto blogs and support by countless influencers. Not only did our background check fail to identify any red flags, but we also missed the chance to clearly indicate that the posts were sponsored ads and not – as many interpreted it – a buy recommendation. The post was deleted at the time of their launch before we were aware of the scam, not to hide the fact that we had a post related to the project.
To avoid this from happening again in the future, we are involving a group of VIP volunteers to support our background checks for every sponsored post we are considering for the channel, and we will properly mark posts like the recent ones as sponsored ads in case we consider making posts like this again.

We hope you can forgive us for the mistakes and that we can earn your trust back over time.

You can also note that we didn't touched at the spot wallet (70% BTC) as we knew that the move would be a liquidation event for leverage traders only, and that spot holdings would be affected just for a short period.
