-Let's start by the daily chart first.

We tapped May to August range high, which was our main liquidity zone that pushed price from 42 to 68K, It's something to keep an eye on as price was bought back up really fast leaving this scam wick below.
Bullish play would be to range above it as we're doing right now and try to close above the 200EMA.
Note that the 200EMA is holding price quite well since we broke the May/Aug range so closing above it can be bullish same as getting multiple closes below it will be bearish.

On the 4hr chart we can see clearly that the optimal bullish scenario is above the POC ( 56890$)
We can also see that books are thin above the current range we're making mostly due to the power of the dump, combining it with shorts stops resting above. I may think that a move into the POC is very likely sooner or later.

We can stay on this range for days before breaking it out since price is clearly consolidating, for the bullish case we have some lows that could be swept on a fake break down before going up aiming for the POC.

I mentioned on my 4hr update that the optimal bullish scenario is closing above the POC and not just going up from here to 56K as we may just tap the POC before going lower.

Let's resume everyhting on this post :

1. Bullish from 51K until 56K ( be careful from fake breakouts discussed on my 1hr analysis )
2. Highly Bullish above 56-58K.
3. Highly Bearish Below 42-40K.
4. Bearish Below 46k. ( only if it closes below the actual range and starts grinding down )

ADA/USDT (D3) TF ANALYSIS

Price was previously rejected from a horizontal resistance zone starting from $1.295 to $1.380 and is currently approaching a strong support zone starting from $1.190 to $1.095 where we have D3 200 EMA alongwith W1 100 EMA acting as supports.

Price must atleast close a daily candle above this zone in order to be on the safer side for reversal. A daily candle closure below this zone will build up higher chances for price moving to the next support starting from $0.990 to $0.900.

On the USD chart we can see that the EMA21 on the weekly chart has always been the line in the sand for the ETH bull/bear scenario.

We lost it during the May/Aug dump and we got some powerful buying pressure below to push it back on a weekly engulfing candle and keeping above it with some failed attempts later.

Here's a good chart showing some sweet PA. We have the EMA200 below in confluence with the triangle line and a major supply area that should be tested back as support.

We have the FOMC meeting this Wednesday and this is the actual reason of this volatility.
They will mostly talk about inflation and the impact of covid on the economy.
I always tend to keep these events in mind before they happen, I just try to see how market is reacting to them as we usually have early signals on how market can behave next.

Not giving a conclusion yet but seeig how market's moving before the FOMC I may think that we're just establishing the weekly range by setting a monday low then maybe go up is FOMC brings something positive for the global economy.

I feel like it's better than having an early week pump that could fade into wednesday with some hard dumps after the FOMC decision.

Price can be seen consolidating in a falling wedge pattern and is currently above a horizontal support zone starting from $0.00002988 to $0.00002657 where we also have D3 50 EMA acting as strong support.

Currently we have D1 100, 21 and 50 EMAs acting as strong resistances at the horizontal resistance zone starting from $0.00003450 to $0.00003890. A bullish scenario for the price will be in the case if it breaks through and holds above the zone before moving upwards to levels of $0.00004660, $0.00005350 and $0.00006250

Incase we break down from the current trendline and horizontal support we can expect reversal from the $0.00002150 level.

Daily is showing a clear bottom structure, and we can see that we had a similar structure in the past for this coin which led to an expansion higher, the expansion came all the way down to the same levels where we saw the last accumulation.
Lows showing that buyers are defending this area by taking the liquidity that was resting from Low 1 on Low 3 and also defending Low 3 on Low 4.

On the 4hr chart we have a less optimistic view since we're still making the retest of this trendline and POC is resistance for now.
Positive is the retest of the EMA21/50 and the way they're pointing up.
