A new High has been made!

Will the price surge higher to tap the upper line resistance or are we gonna have an attempt to make another higher low at the H4 trend or H4 100SMA.

I think that we will get the answer around the US open or maybe a fake move to a direction that gets completely reverted in another direction.

H1 trend (13/21/34EMA) can be a good indicator to watch now.
Holding it means trend is still strong, lose it and you have the h4 trend as must hold.

- GFI started compressing between the D1 300SMA/100SMA after retracing all the previous move.
I think that this compression may last for few more days before breaking out as it's still new and EMA's needs to compress longer usually.

-If you check the volume profile you can see that we have a high volume area in the same area with the compression. Which add more confluence to this zone.

-For scalps you can just bid the 100SMA and sell the 300SMA aiming to catch 20-30% moves.

-For a longer term play you can bid slowly the D1 100SMA keeping in mind that a loss of the weekly/monthly trend will invalidate the trade as there will be almost nothing to hold the price below.

- Once/If price breaks above D1 300SMA on daily you can aim for 3.53 as 1st target. 4.11 to 4.62 as 2nd target.

Holding the H4 300SMA is crucial for the price if we want to see it go up from here, while losing it will send it lower.

Conclusion :

SOL is a coin with high speculation and volume, the best way to play is to watch for the H4 compression if it resolves to the upside you can turn long or also turn long on the D1 trend reclaim.

On higher time frames you might wait for lower prices to bid on the daily or weekly.

A lot of setups can be formed on this pair with each setup being good you just need to use a proper invalidation and stick to it.

I would also not try to DCA on this pair since it has pumped really much already ( not saying that it won't go more ) But you wanna DCA some coins like GFI for example who has less volumes and clear invalidations with one proper setup.

- DOT weekly chart is showing a possible compression between the EMA200 and the 13/21EMA.

- In the 4 hours chart we can see another compression between the 100SMA and 200EMA which tells us that DOT is probably not ready to move yet.

My point of view :

DOT isn't having the same attention as last bull run due to many factors ( Memes-More coins in the market ) It's becoming just like LTC ADA and many other dyno coins that are under performing BTC and the market in general, not saying that these coins won't shine but just think about it, it it worth it to hold DOT during a very long period when other coins did the same gains in less time.

- KAVA weekly chart looks hot with a nice compression between the weekly trend and the 100SMA/ Point of control of volume profile.

- Price can compress here for a few more weeks before pushing up but once it does the minimal target will be around 1.4XX.

Conclusion :

0.37X to 0.35X is the area you want to bid for ALGO.
Invalidation will be very clear as if we lose all these levels at the same time there will be more downside coming for it.
