﴿وَإِذَا مَسَّ الإِنْسَانَ ضُرٌّ دَعَا رَبَّهُ مُنِيبًا إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلَهُ نِعْمَةً مِنْهُ نَسِيَ مَا كَانَ يَدْعُو إِلَيْهِ مِن قَبْلُ وَجَعَلَ للهِ أَندَادًا لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ قُلْ تَمَتَّعْ بِكُفْرِكَ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّار﴾ (الزمر: ٨).

«Қачон инсонни бирон зиён ушласа, у Роббисига тавба-тазарруъ қилган ҳолида дуо-илтижо қилур. Сўнгра қачон (Аллоҳ) Ўз томонидан унга бирон неъмат ато этса, (инсон) илгари (Аллоҳга) қилган дуо-илтижоларини унутиб қўюр ва (ўзгаларни ҳам) Аллоҳнинг йўлидан оздириш учун У зотга тенгдошларни (ўйлаб) топур. (Эй Муҳаммад ﷺ), айтинг: Сен ўз куфринг билан (бу ўткинчи дунёда) озгина фойдаланиб қол! Шак-шубҳасиз, сен дўзах эгаларидандирсан» (Зумар: 8).

عن عَبْدِ اللهِ رضيَ اللهُ عنهُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وآلهِ وسلم أَيُ الذَّنْبِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ تَجْعَلَ للهِ نِدًّا وَهُوَ خَلَقَكَ»، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لَهُ: «إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَعَظِيم»، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: «ثُمَّ أَيٌّ؟» قَالَ: «ثُمَّ أَنْ تَقْتُلَ وَلَدَكَ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَطْعَمَ مَعَكَ»، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: «ثُمَّ أَيٌّ؟» قَالَ: «ثُمَّ أَنْ تُزَانِيَ حَلِيلَةَ جَارِكَ» (رواه مسلم (86)).

Абдуллоҳ ибн Масъуд розияллоҳу анҳудан ривоятда дедилар: Расулуллоҳдан ﷺ Аллоҳнинг наздида энг катта гуноҳ ҳақида сўрадим. Ул зот ﷺ: «Аллоҳ сени яратган бўлса-да, Унга тенгдош исбот қилишинг» дедилар. Мен ул зотга: «Дарҳақиқат, бу улканидир» дедим. «Сўнг қайси?» дедим. Ул зот ﷺ: «Болангни таоминга шерик бўлишидан қўрқиб ўлдиришинг» дедилар. «Сўнг қайси?» дедим. Ул зот ﷺ: «Қўшнингни аёли билан зино қилишинг» дедилар (Муслим (86)).
